I am rejecting this response because:  They forgot the Apt ** on the address so whatever is being sent I will not receive.  Also I tried to contact them and the store previously even had the receipt and was not giving any service.  Why should I have to hold on to things that long.  I dug throw trash just to be able to find a bag to send them pics.  What is the refund amount.  I was told it would be three weeks for this.

Review: On 9/2/14 [redacted] had a buy one get on free sale on Large bags of Utz Chips all flavors. I knew this was great deal compared to [redacted] and [redacted] prices. Im huge fan of Utz Chips they give you tons of chips int the bag not just air; not to mention the chips are absolutely amazing. Anyway, I was having a big house party/kickback on 9/6/14 so of course I wanted to take advantage of the deal. I bought a total of 12 bags 6 Flaming Hot and 6 Crab Chips. On 9/6/14 in preparation of the party I began to fill the bowls with chips. In tasting the chips as I loaded the bowls I discovered a few things. The flaming hot chips were stale and the taste was absolutly awful. The Crab chips were salty beyond salty. I opened the remaining bags and to my surprise I found the same results with the awfuls tastes of these chips. Now I've these same flavors in the past never any issues. I saw the disclaimer "Guaranteed Freshness" on the back of the back. It indicates if not satisified return any portion of the items to where you purchased for a refund or exchange. I put the chips back in the bag and head back to [redacted] they refuse to take the chips or exchange them even though the disclaimer stated to do this. This had me furious. I went to [redacted] purchased some Lays and tried another [redacted] and again they declined the return/exchange. I contacted Utz and received no help at allDesired Settlement: I would like an apology and also my chips replaced.

Just received it recently

Review: I bought a bad bag of Utz Reduced Fat Sour Cream and Onion potato chips in March 2014 and opened it a couple days later. Inside the bag smelled like burnt plastic, and so did the chips. The company said it was a manufacturing problem and to throw out the bag.

The company's policy is that they stand behind their products and if you don't like them you can return it to the store and they will replace the bag. I could not get to the store easily so called the company instead for an explanation (and to make sure that I wasn't exposed to something toxic) on the day after I opened the bag. They said they would send me a coupon and that I can throw out the bag. I presumed the coupon was for a free bag, but instead they sent me 3 coupons for $1 off a bag about 2 weeks later... That means I would have to spend more money to replace that bag.

I called the company again today to request a free bag. They said that their policy is to give $1 off coupons only. I said that if I had known that, I would have saved the bad bag and returned it to the store. They should have told me of their "company policy" when I called originally.

The price on the bag was $4.29. I probably bought it on sale and do not remember the actual price.Desired Settlement: A bag of potato chips and an apology.
