last three 8 oz bags of kettle style chips taste like the lard used for cooking is old thew out chips I been buying utz since 1967 had to go to farmers market in york,PA to get them

I have to agree with Melissa's review. Although I never witnessed the boxes being tossed, my experience is that every bag I buy is about 1/2 to 2/3 broken small pieces of chips at the bottom of the bag. I am giving 3 stars because, personally, I like the taste and texture and I especially like their ripple chips which have tight ripples. I complained to Utz and they gave me coupons for two free bags of chips, but honestly, I am going to have to move on to another brand until they get their packaging or handling better, so there are more full size chips.

Always wondered why my chips at the bottom of the bag were broken. Today, in Central Square I found out why! The UTZ delivery truck was at the local Dollar Tree on State Route 49 and the driver, a female, was JUST THROWING the BOXES of CHIPS onto the driveway. So, now I know. Chips and concrete don't mix. As I drove I yelled out my window, " Now I know why my chips are always broken". Do you have suggestions?
