After customer asked for specifications, we showed him how the product was expected, however, we also advised that sizes may
vary, in particular in this type of productAt all the times we advise customer the reason on the delay, unfortunately it took a little longer than expected but at the end we provided him with a very good quality productAfter the shipment was sent customer was advise that we had availability issues and we compensated his order with other types of fish maw with bigger sizesCustomer immediately advise that the sizes were to small As per our agreement, we completed the order, The delay was explained to him and he could have cancel the order but he decided to waitAt this point the order was delivered at 100% and we dont owe him any money or product

I asked for delivery time and pictures of actual product prior to confirming the orderI was emailed pictures and informed delivery will be days after receipt of payment
I duly made payment and after that supplier keep delaying the shipment for two months
This delay is unacceptable as I was informed that product was already available and I placed the order and made payment based on suppliers reply that product was already available and delivery days after payment
However, I had to wait as payment already made
Anyway, there will be size variations but the difference was too muchI ordered XL size and received XS size
After detailed inspection, there were other quality issues other than size
I note in suppliers reply that they had availability issuesWhy confirm the order and ask for payment if the product requested was not available?
As acknowledged by supplier in his reply, upon receipt of shipment I informed immediately that sizes were too small
I also asked for replacement shipment and offered to pay the shipping costs to ship back the product as a gesture of good faith
After that, I was informed that they didn't check the product before shipping and said they will look for replacement product
I have been emailing and calling since then and no replacement or refund forthcoming
For your information, I have records of all email communications confirming the above
My purpose of filing a complaint with Revdex.com is to aware other people so that they will not be cheated in the same manner by UV Traders Inc
