Review: I purchased XTRALAC from their website for the treatment of [redacted]. They made claims about their product and their reasonable price as compared with other products on the market. I had been a long time user of another product called THREELAC which lived up to its claims but made a decision to try XTRALAC for the cost factor. XTRALAC did nothing noticeably after several days use. I needed to go back to my former product which worked beautifully. I contacted XTRALAC for a return of product information, received an RMA #, sent the product back and heard nothing despite repeated phone calls to their product order line. I have been working on obtaining my money back since August 2014. They have made false claims and continue to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and notification to potential buyers that they do not honor their policy of refund.
