Review: I have a few complaints about the services of this business. I am enrolled with their $29 per month plan that is advertised with the following offers. 500MB of data service$2.50 any country international call1000 minutes free calls to select countriesUnlimited calls within USI have 2 complaints.1. The international call service rarely works. It either rarely completes or when it completes the call it's dropped after a couple of seconds. I have made several recorded calls to customer service. Each time I was told to remove the battery and SIM card, wait a couple of minutes, install and restart. This recommendation never resolved the problem so I do not bother trying anymore.2. This last billing cycle ending today my phone would not allow me to use data services claiming I have used up all my 500MB allowance. I did not even use 20MB when this started happening. I called customer service and spoke to [redacted] and [redacted]y(or [redacted]) yesterday 10/29/14 and wasted 2 precious hours telling them that I know how to use my phone and turn my data service'on' only when needed. Explained to them that I use mainly WiFi for data and also use my phone's data use counter to monitor my data use. They basically refused to accept my explanation. In addition, the second agent, [redacted] was very rude. When I asked him to speak to a supervisor, he told me I will get a call from his "beautiful supervisor" in about 5 minutes. I never received that call.I strongly feel there is a consumer fraud issue here.Desired Settlement: I request a credit of 500MB data for future use.I request $7.50 international call credit that is 'usable' for the last 3 months I have not been able to use the service.Most of all I need an apology for their rude customer service.

Looking into the customers issues and hearing the calls we do see that the customer was having issues with the international calling. Since he was experiencing the issues and had to call in a few times we have issued a credit of $7.50 of calling credit. As for the data issue, We have checked the systems and the customer did use there 500MB for that billing cycle so we will not be able to issue a credit for the data used. We have spoken with the customer service reps and educated them on how they could have improved on the calls and to make a better customer experience.

I repeat, I have not even used 20MB when the system stopped my data access claiming I have used my 500MB in the last cycle. I monitor my data use on my phone. I demand the company to show proof of data use for the month. My phone gives me details including how much is used by what application. I also did not receive the apology from the company for the rude, sarcastic and unfulfilled response I received from their customer service representative.
