Review: was sent a final attempt letter before my bill was due on 1/26/14 the final attempt bill was dated 1/23/14 was called on 1/23/14 demanding payment of bill before the due date of 80.00 for doctor visits also was told by this man on the phone that it was a recurring problem! these charges are for different dates with copay's for visits and he made it seem like I could not see my doctor for my high-blood pressure I have made payments to account and they are not being applied to account I have proof from my checking account. this was paid online on there website this is wrong of this company to make me feel like I cannot see my doctor! what am I going to do when my prescription runs out? Because this is a recurring problem? what kind of company is this? I m scarred to even see my doctor now!Desired Settlement: an apology letter in writing from this company and them to correct there billing on my account
