Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and although it's resolution is only partially satisfactory to me, it is better to accept $dollars than nothingI would ask you to contact the business again, and try to negotiate for the amount higher than $dollars, because I paid $for the berries themselves, and spend well over $in gas going back and worth to the storeAnd what about moral satisfaction and compensation after all thisThey are not even trying to be nice to me, and to apologizeIn my initial complaint I was asking for $100, and I believe they have to satisfy this, and they can do it very easilyThe fact that they just offered me $and not a penny more is showing how greedy they are, and how disrespectful they are to customers; and I always frequent their store, and this is how they treat me in returnThis is very, very appalling! Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The business' response is a bunch of outrageous lies: they never issued me any refund, otherwise they would submit you a store receipt as a prove, they didn't because again, they never gave me any money back for the black currents I brought back, they only exchanged what I brought for the equal amount of productThere was absolutely no complimentary box of berries! This is a lieAfter this equal exchange took place, I saw that the berries went bad again, so I went back to the store hoping that they have a better batchHowever the Produce Department manager honestly told me that they didn't even took the chance this time, and they didn't accept the latest batch of berries: they examined it upon arrival and sent it back right away, and he also said, that no more berries were expected to come in, so I asked for either money back or in-store credit, since I shop there regularly, and the Produce Department Manager approved of the refundasking the cashier to issue me oneHowever, all of a sudden the Store Manager appeared, and rudely denied me both refund or even an in-store credit I was never rude, I was assertive, I wanted my money backIt is the Store Manager who was rude, condescending and denegrading
The store is trying to rob me if my $I paid for the berries, plus they are trying to avoid compensating me for any inconvenience
I'd like to contact Uwajamaya's CEO too in this regard, and let her know about all thisI believe she us not going to approve of what the Store Manager didCan you please help me with this? Can you please help me with getting my money back, and for my water time, for money wasted on gas, while traveling back and forth to and from the storeSincerely,*** ***

Dear Sir / Madam, I have a grievance in regards with the Uwajimaya Bellevue locationWas wondering if you could help me to connect to the Uwajimaya's CEO in this regard (as I cannot find out her contact information), and also help with the situation I'm inThe nature of my grievance is that I have bought several boxes of fresh black currants ($per box), and they were really of a poor quality, so I exchanged them, but the ones I got in exchange were not any better, so I brought them back in for a refund or exchangeI could not exchange them again, since at this point, as the Produce Department Manager Jim explained it to me, there were none in the store ( he said he turned down the last delivery batch from the supplier as the newly arrived black currents were of a really poor quality as well)He did recognize that there was a problem with the quality of those black currents, and took back the merchandise I brought, saying to the cashier to issue me the refundHowever the cash

I would ask you to contact the business again, and try to negotiate for the amount higher than $50 dollars, because I paid $40 for the berries themselves, and spend well over $10 in gas going back and worth to the store. And what about moral satisfaction and compensation after all this. They are not even trying to be nice to me, and to apologize. In my initial complaint I was asking for $100, and I believe they have to satisfy this, and they can do it very easily. The fact that they just offered me $50 and not a penny more is showing how greedy they are, and how disrespectful they are to customers; and I always frequent their store, and this is how they treat me in return.
