I purchased my UWheel's about month ago attempted contact regarding the build quality months agoThe UWheels was making a weird sound when turning, also sounded like something was loose and was moving around inside of itGuess what no response, So I attempt to make contact with them a second time, this time I included the UWheels just turning off with no warning while my friend was riding it, and they respondAfter them asking for pictures and having me recalibrate it (which didn't seem like it was relevant because the calibration seemed fine it was a hardware problem)After I did all that I respond and nobody responds then I log back on attempting to make contact again and it says my account is suspended
