Review: My daughter's school uses this company for their school pictures and only accepts pre-payment in cash. Last year I ordered a package and some extras of my daughter's school pictures from this company. They gave me the wrong package of pictures and the wrong extras. I called and email them and finally spoke to someone who apologized and then said to send the pictures back to school with my daughter and they would exchange them for the correct package and extras on pictures re-take day. I did this and my daughter was sent home with the same wrong package and wrong extras. I finally got a hold of someone again and they took down my home address and finally mailed me the correct pictures and extras that I had ordered and told me to just keep the wrong ones as well. This year I again ordered pictures from this company for my daughter's school pictures. Although this time I did receive the right package, the extras that I ordered were incorrect. I emailed the company and I got an email back stating to keep the incorrect extras and I would receive the correct extras I had ordered in about a week and half. That was on October [redacted]. I have yet to receive the extra 5x7s that I ordered and now no one is replying to my emails or returning my calls.Desired Settlement: All I want is for the extra 5x7's that I originally ordered to be mailed to me.
