V Best Nails

Had a full set of nails put on on Thursday, December 27th. Noticed on Monday December 31st that nails were looking as if they needed to be filled in. Phoned the business and asked for a manager. Spoke to someone named ***, *** and/or ***. Cannot remember the name but at any rate, he asked me if I could come back in that day and I informed him that I could not because I was at work and they would be closed by the ***e I got off. He asked if I could come back in on Wednesday and I informed him that I could come back in on Thursday on my off day and he said that would be could and that they could pull me up. I went into the business on Thursday, January 3rd with receipt in hand and asked for a manager and was informed that he was busy with another customer and another guy came to me and said that he could help me. I showed him my nails, which by the way were done sloppily from the beginning and he tried to tell me that this was normal because the nails grow out. I have had acrylic nails before and know that they should not be growing out that fast. He was being instructed in a foreign language by another man and woman who was in the business working on customers. I could not understand what was being said but I think it was rude and disrespectful. However, he did have me sit down and only wanted to fix 1 or 2 fingers and told me that if he did them all, I would have to pay him for polishing my nails. Whoever heard of such nonsense when they did not do my nails correctly I the first place. I requested my money back and he said they do not give refunds. I had to request that he fix all my fingers. The only thing he did was re-polish my nails. I asked him about the other hand and he re-polished 2 fingers on the other hand. My nails were not fixed to my satisfaction. Also, when the nail tips were put on, they left a portion of my own nails exposed and this was not addressed either.
