I had my cockatiel's toe nail's trimmed at the Havelock, NC Bill's Pet Shop and after three weeks my bird is still walking off balance and the owner has been contacted three timesHe suggested I bring my bird back in after my bird won't even let me pick him up and there pet shop damaged his footI believe someone holding him squeezed his footI wrote a letter asking him to come to my home and inspect my bird and still no responseI expect Bill's Pet Shop to pay for *** *** X-Ray in order to see the problem and resolve itHe told me they weren't Vet's so I suggest Bill's pays for the birds medical expensesI have been taking the bird to Bill's for years with no problemsOther than this I have no complaintsI just suggest not having your bird groomed at there sore
