I had the exact same problem. I ordered what I thought was an embroidered dress and blouse to wear to events the week prior to my daughters wedding. You can see what I got was complete trash. Both items have prints of flowers on them and no hint of embroidery, the fabric is cheap and scratchy. The sleeves on the shirt had no type of elastic at the wrist and were so long they were almost to my knees. I wouldn't donate these items to charity.

Review: On January the 19th 2015 I ordered a free electronic cigarette starter kit from VCHIC as seen on TV product buyer pays for shipping after intering my debit card information the page updates itself and I was charged 30 dollars I called right away and was told that my account had not been process yet and they would cancel my order on the 4th of febuary 2015 I received a email stating my order had been shipped so I checked my debit account and I had been charged on febuary the 2nd for the item I had cancled I called them again and was told they would refund my money but I had to pay for shippimg and a tracking number for a item I cancled not only did they not cancel the item they upgraded the order to a more costly one and the shipping that cost me 19 dollars and it was not in a box and when I called customer service I waited 20 minute on hold one of the worst experiances I have ever had and I buy online almost daily without a complaint

I beleive that VCHIC SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPMENT SINCE I HAD PAYED FOR SHIPPING FIRST TIME AND I HAD CANCELED THE PURCHASE IN THE FIRST PLACE I NOW HAVE TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD AND THAT COST 13 DOLLARS FOR A NEW CARD I FEAR THAT THEY MAY MAKE OTHER UNATHORIZED PURCHASES ON MY DEBIT CARD
