I am very sorry this has happened We did get the correct bed delivered to the customer immediately once it was noted the bed was the wrong color The love seat that was damaged, has been repaired and is sitting in our warehouse On 6/4/the customer called into our inventory department which is a "recorded line" The customer was given options over the phone yesterday:#1-We can schedule the delivery of the love seat when it is convenient for her.#2- She is welcome to pick up the love seat from out warehouse anytime during warehouse pick up hours Pick up hours are:Tuesday - Saturday = 10am-6pm It is unfortunate that an item was damaged in transit but we IMMEDIATELY rushed the item back to the manufacture for repair The repair only took a few days We have the love seat ready for delivery, but the customer refuses to take receipt of the item Unfortunately due to our policiesAll special orders and custom items are NON - REFUNDABLE This is very clear in the bottom left hand corner of all of our invoices in which we have a signed copy of the initial purchase order by Amy Grinstead Should the customer continue to refuse the delivery of the furniture, they will forfeit any monies paid, as NO REFUNDS are given on special ordered items per the signed policy.It is our desire to complete the order with the customer Please reach out to us at ###-###-#### to schedule a time for delivery of the love seatThanks,V-Dub Furniture

I am very sorry for the lack of communication on our end.  Currently all warehouse and manufacturing departments are closed on Monday's.  I can see in the software that replacement covers were ordered.  Our inventory manager will reach out to you FIRST THING TUESDAY MORNING....

We have done our very best at trying to rectify these issues.  We immediately sent the item in for repair and got it rushed for you.  Industry standard on "custom furniture" is typically 16 weeks.  We were able to get the unit repaired in just a few weeks for you.  The item was repaired and returned to our warehouse on 5/17/16.  We called you as soon as the item arrived to our warehouse.  Our phone records show that you spoke to Elliot on 5/17/16 and he let you know that ALL of your items were in stock and ready to be delivered. You told him that since your schedule was up in the air, you would contact him when you knew your schedule better so that we could schedule a delivery. Understanding that you have a busy schedule, Elliot offered to deliver the items any day and any time that was convenient for you.From 5/17/16 - 6/3/16 we did NOT receive a call from you.  On 6/4/16 we received a call and you spoke to Nelson and Elliot. We are very sorry if Nelson came off as condescending or rude. That is never something we want in our company and we try our best to be as courteous and understanding as possible. Obviously, we are not perfect but we will definitely learn from this and strive to become even more attentive and courteous to our customer's needs. We do have your items and we want nothing more than to get it to you as soon as you're available. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order as it is a custom order and all items were brought in specifically for you. Please refer to your invoice for store policies regarding custom orders. The buyer DECLINED to purchase an additional warranty that would cover his sectional for 5 years.  Please see attached invoice.  The invoice in the bottom Left hand corner clearly states our policies and warranties.  “Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. · Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any.” The standard manufacture warranty for this product is 6 months if no additional warranty is purchased.  The customer has stated that the seams on several cushion covers and chaise cover are coming undone.  However this sectional was purchased 14 months ago. As of 5/5/16 we offered to replace ALL seat cushion covers & ALL back pillow covers for the customer. We have verified the dye lot of the fabric used on this couch and we will make sure that the NEW cushion covers and pillow covers are made from the same dye lot.   Even though the couch is out of warranty period we will provide this service and new product to the customer FREE OF CHARGE. We will not replace the ENTIRE sectional because there is nothing wrong with the frame.   We will only replace the items that are defective. If the customer would like to accept our offer of NEW cushion covers & pillow covers, all he needs to do is call us at ###-###-#### and we will get them for him.  It can take 5-10 business days for the new covers to be made.  Once the covers are received into our warehouse we will call the customer and he is welcome to pick them up at his convenience during pick up hours. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Amanda W[redacted]    PresidentV-Dub Furniture

I spoke with [redacted] on the morning 1/28/16.  I let her know that many people were working on the situation behind the scenes and I was very sorry for the miscommunication and that we did not give her more "update" calls. [redacted] had 2 major concerns: #1- The original love seat that was damaged on...

the original delivery had not been returned. #2- There were 2 ottoman's on the order, however they had noticeably different frame heights.  She wanted to have 2 matching ottomans at the taller frame height. The love seat was completed in our manufacturing on  1/27/16 and was delivered on 1/28/16 around Noon.  We also made a new ottoman with the larger frame height as requested and took it to the customer.  Upon arrival it was noticed by the delivery crew that the ottoman was missing nailheads around the bottom.  The ottoman was brought back to manufacturing and nailheads were installed.  The ottoman was redelivered on 1/28/16 at 3pm, in which it was noted that 4 of the wood feet had about .25inch over hang.  The ottoman was returned to manufacturing where the leg placements were redone.   A tech redelivered the sofa and also installed several nailheads around 7pm on 1/28/16.  We also installed 24 wood feet for the custom onsite in her home.   The ottoman that had a smaller frame, we installed similar legs onto it so it would match the rest of the set.  We are letting the customer keep the smaller framed ottoman and legs as a courtesy for the inconvenience.   The customers full order has been delivered as ordered. We again apologize for any inconveniences that we have caused and we are grateful for your business.  We hope you enjoy your furniture for years to come. Thanks,

I purchased a dining table and 4 chairs along with a queen bedroom set. I got everything for $800. It has now been awhile and I am very pleased with my purchase. Everything has held up well and my sales person Vance was very kind and helpful. Great place to buy furniture.

On August 2nd, 2014 I visited the showroom on 24th st and Thomas, and I spoke with [redacted]. After viewing the furniture in the store I let [redacted] know that I was interested in the 5 piece bedroom set advertised on their website. [redacted] gave me a great price on that set, queen size mattress, and a 5 year warranty on all of the furniture. Today is August 5th, 2014 they delivered everything on time, and in good condition. The delivery men informed me one of the two night stands I ordered was damaged, and let me know right away. All the furniture except the one night stand has already been put together in my apartment, and the assembly was extremely simple. All I have to do now is set up a new delivery date to get my second night stand. The way V-DUB Furniture does business is very ethical, and I am definitely going back there to buy a sectional for my living room. I am very happy with the level of service at V-DUB.

This place is fantastic. I ordered a bunch of furniture on 12/12/15. I needed everything delivered before Christmas. I knew that they had to bring in several items for me that were custom ordered. There customer service department kept close contact with me and kept me upto date all the way through. Nelson was amazing. I got all of my furniture delivered on the 23rd and it was so nice to have all of my family over on Christmas and I was very proud of my home and the way it looked. This place has amazing service but also amazing prices.

I am very sorry for the hassle and inconvenience.  Due to our policies, this is a boxes item.  It has a 6 month NO questions asked warranty.  We have contacted the manufacture on Ms. [redacted] behalf and due to the MANUFACTURE GUIDE LINES they will only replace the damaged...

piece.  We have done everything in our power to quickly get replacement pieces for Ms [redacted].  Manufacture guide lines are as follows:#1- We report the damage#2- We provide pictures of the damage to the manufacture#3- Manufacture provides VDUB a "Return Merchandise Authorization" slip#4- VDub arranges (at our cost) to get the damaged item back to the manufacture#5- VDub arranges (at our cost) to pick up the bed and get in back the our Phoenix Warehouse.#6- Once the item is in our warehouse, we call Ms. [redacted] and arrange a delivery.We cannot do anything more than the above process and that is what we are doing everytime.  We have sold many of these beds and have NOT had this problem.  The only thing I can assess is that maybe the bed is being assembled WRONG.  What we can do is the next time we (VDUB) deliver the replacement item, we will send a tech out (at our cost) to make sure the bed is properly assembled so that Ms. [redacted] does not have this problem again.I have notated in our system about this response and Ms [redacted] needs to make sure that she calls our inventory department at ###-###-#### so that this can be taken care of properly.Hopefully we will be able to get everything replace and assembled properly this time so that Ms. [redacted] will have NO further problems.It is our goal at VDUB to make sure that all of our customers are taken care of.  When it is an item that we do not readily have in stock we have to follow the above process. We will do this for Ms. [redacted] as we would any other customer to make sure that they get there damaged items replaced in a timely manner.

I visited this company off of a large banner sign they had. I was pleasently surprised when I went inside. It was a large well organized showroom. I purchased a bunkbed for $199. The bunkbed is very solid and sturdy and a great deall for a couple hundred bucks. I worked with a couple sales people and they were all very nice. This was a very nice experience and I will be back to buy my bedroom furniture here.

Our experience with VDub Furniture has been thus far a " Plus A" rating for V-Dub. It started out a little rocky at first due to a problem we had encountered with a small rip in our sofa, the day we had purchased our set. We explained our situation of not having furniture in our home for a party we were going to have that evening. [redacted] the operations manager took care of the problem by having their manafacturing warehouse repair the tear that same evening. We had our furniture returned to us that same night in time for our get to heather. You would never have known that a tear had occurred after all was said and done. Thanks V-Dub and [redacted] ! We truly appreciated your sincere and Great service.

On 12/08/2015 I purchased a bunk bed set for my 2 young children from VDub. I was also asked if I wanted delivery set up and as a single mother I was very obliged considering. It wasn't until after I was charged an additional $75 that I was advised they would not be assembling the beds. I called a friend to see if they could assist in the matter and they agreed. I awaited delivery on 12/10 between the hours of 2 & 5 my bunk beds never arrived. At 4pm I called the store and was told that glitch had happened in the computer and my order would not be delivered today and that they would not be making an effort to deliver my children's beds later in the day period. Reason being because all the trucks were out to delivery. Puzzled at the fact the trucks would be out to delivery when I was last told all deliveries has been cancelled. I am very disappointed in this service yes if you want quality u must pay however one must get what they pay for period and I've received nothing. Now I am left self reliant to get my children's bunk beds which are in a warehouse 30 miles away, with no truck handy and no man to assist. I will never order anything or advise anyone of this place in the future.

I placed my order on April 17, 2014. I was told that I should receive a call within 5-7 business days from the day I ordered to schedule a time to have my furniture delivered. I had to call finally to find it where my stuff was. Note I've been told that my table top only is on back order and they can either delivery it all at once or separately but that will be a $75 charge each delivery! This place has a history of this type of business behavior. Their customer service is terrible and the manager lied with every word, just looking for a sale like always.

I visited the showroom off of 46th Ave. I worked with [redacted]. He was very nice and helpful. I had been looking for a couch for my house. I ended up getting a style that they had on display. I got to pick my own colors and fabrics which was a really fun process. They said because it was a custom couch, I needed to wait a few weeks for it to be made. I got a follow up call from [redacted] and he let me know that my couch was in production. I then got a call about a week later from the warehouse and they let me know that my couch was in. I set up for delivery. I thought it was really convenient that I only had to put down 50% as a deposit and then once they delivered my couch I was able to pay the rest. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and nice. I am so excited about my new furniture and just love how comfortable it is.

I visited this furniture store for the first time back in October. I was helped by [redacted]. He was very kind and helpful. When I got my apartment I went back and [redacted] helped me design a custom couch and also pick out bedroom furniture. This is a very nice store. The service was great and the overall feeling is vibrant. I love the fact that I got to design my couch. I have now had my couch delivered and the delivery guys were very kind as well. I am very happy with my purchase and love the way my home looks.
