V Eagle Rider Reviews (1)

Review: While taking to the manager he was very unprofessional. He refused to talk to me after the fact I explained what he had fixed was still nonfunctional. I previously paid him over a thousand dollars to which we made an agreement that my 2006 gsxr 750 was fixed. He wasted my time, he wasted my money but most of all he refused to correct his problems.Desired Settlement: I paid one thousands dollars for the items listed to be replaced and fixed. He [redacted] the [redacted]r of V eagle Rider motorcycle shop supposedly replaced my Stater , My volt rectifier and battery. As of today [redacted] the problems continue to reoccur and was refused to be looked at by [redacted].

Response:

To Whom It May Concern, the reason for the following response is to notify you that, yes, indeed Mr. [redacted] did had his 2006 Black GSX-R750 at my shop from [redacted] that he picked it up. Customer first came in for an estimate to check out the charging system, and front brakes, once estimate was done we called Mr. [redacted] and we proceeded to tell him what were the things needed to be done and what parts was the above vehicle going to need. We gave Mr. [redacted] a full understanding of the work to be done and parts to be changed: Rectifier, stator, gasket, brake pads, battery and oil+ oil filter. According to our policies parts are giving 6 months warranty and that is with the manufacturer. We are authorized retail dealer for PARTS UNLIMITED who are distributors for all of these manufactures. And we do not give warranty on labor. Mr. [redacted] picked up his bike on [redacted] and the bike left the shop running. Recently on [redacted] Mr. [redacted] came to my shop stating that my mechanic had not fixed the bike and that it had the same issue he originally came in for. We checked the bike once again and the problem was found It was a fully drained, discharged battery. We replaced the battery. And the battery had no warranty for the reasons mentioned above; it had been more than 6 months since he had his battery put on. On [redacted] my mechanic called Mr. [redacted] who then refused to pay, to let him know that the bike was ready. [redacted] which is my mechanic pull the bike out to the front parking Mr. [redacted] asked [redacted] to show him how fully charged the battery was. When [redacted] walked in the shop to bring out the battery tester Mr. [redacted] jumped in the bike and left without paying. Also he. ha.d sold the motorcycle to someone else, so therefore if any of the parts had warranty, the warranty is not transferrable to new owners. There is an unpaid balance due from Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $149.69, which is $105,95 for the battery, $8.74 for taxes and $35 dollars for labor. In which I am planning on opening a police report for delinquency.

Mr. [redacted] showed up to the shop disrespecting [redacted] which is the head mechanic at my shop with over 20 years of experience. He told [redacted] he was a thief and a liar, whom did not know what he was doing. If we look back customer did not came to the shop until after 7 months had passed and it was not for the reason he had originally came in for. If he had those recurring problems that he states he had, why did he not contacted us before [redacted]? Or at least before the 6 months, because obviously there was no problem, the battery could have being drained because lights, the switch or something was left on for that battery to had being fully drained the way it came.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

In regards to the case # [redacted], I received an email of the return answer for my dispute with V-eagle motorcycle shop. In this email their are many false accusations pertaining to what happened in this case. First off, the person who returned this email [redacted] was no where present during this whole situation and I have had no contact or idea who this is. The mechanic this person identifies as [redacted], has owned up to being the owner this whole time. In regards to the accusation of me fleeing from the motorcycle shop without pay is false as well, as you can see receipt paid in full 900.59. Many cameras show [redacted] the mechanic hook up his meter to my battery to show a 14+volt reading, Then place seat back on and I loaded up motorcycle with no issues. Also their has been no police report stating this on the date this supposedly happened. my complaint is not of this issue, but of complete unprofessional management, disrespectful encounter over the phone with [redacted], in which he hung up in my face multiple times. Also the receipt shown on the email is also inaccurate. Brake pads were never discussed and or applied to motorcycle, the initial repair was for front break fluid leak, and break still leaks and charge system failure. Also decal butterfly sheet was never purchased nor ordered by me as well. This mechanic has yet to proove certification of eligibility to work on motorcycles or to observe and diagnose electrical problems. I have now sent my motorcycle to a [redacted] dealership for further diagnostic by a professional [redacted] team, [redacted] has stated if diagnosis comes back as the problem I first had [redacted] fix , I.E Rectifier, stater or battery. Then he would fix it all for free of charge. Thanks again for your time and effort to help this problem become resolved.

Response:

To Whom It May Concern this is a response on 1[redacted] to Mr. [redacted].•[redacted] as mentioned in the first letter I'm the sole proprietor of V-Eagle Rider Motorcycle Shop

Tax#[redacted]. Proof as requested. [redacted] is the head mechanic, first Mr. [redacted] yes Indeed he paid the first invoice after the bike was fixed, yet when after 8 months he came stating that he had the same issue with the bike, we looked at the bike one more time, the problem was a fully discharged battery and a new battery was installed that is the balance he has pending here at my shop, this is when he left the shop without paying. I have not filed a police report as consideration for the above mentioned customer. But as this continues, I will feel obliged to file one. Mr. [redacted] on all the multiple disputes that he had filed with you he had failed to state that he does not own the Bike anymore and that even if the parts had warranty they are not transferrable to new owners. [redacted] looked over the bike and charging system, stator, rectifier everything is working fine. The problem may be that whoever the new owner is may have installed aftermarket parts such as LED's,headlights, tall lights etc. that are draining the battery, even when the bike is not in use. He also stated that he had taken the bike to a professional [redacted] team but yet he had not provided an diagnostic. And concerning brakl'! pads if the work order shows it, it was done. Also about the butterfiy decals just because it is on the invoice it does not mean it was ordered by the customer. Mr. [redacted]'s parts specifically show his name. When we place an order we order as many parts as we can,we just don't order part by part. customet still has a balance pending and we need for him to come and make payment in full. We will need proof of the original diagnostic

from [redacted] dealer, not hand printed.
