Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not accept the response made by the business ***er Impressions Painting (SIP)SIP’s letter to the Revdex.com states I have not been in contact with them This is false.I informed them on August 3, with the following email: “I have exhausted all reasonable means to locate the company that replaced the siding That being the case, we need to move forward Please provide me with a schedule for repair of my mom’s damaged siding and the completion of the contracted paint job.”I have not heard from SIP since my last email I have also sent them an estimate of repairs which they agreed was not unreasonable However, they insist that I give them the name of the company that replaced my mom’s siding over eight years ago by the former owners of the homeI do not have this information.SIP’s letter to the Revdex.com states I have received a free paint job This is very misleading While paint was applied to the house the following issues still remain:- many areas have not been painted- Other portions had not been properly cleaned and prepped and were just painted over (including spider webs).- garage door weather seals were painted and sealed to the garage door- There were many places where wood-meets-wood gaps were not caulked- Brick and siding were not protected from paint overages- Care was not taken to protect the flowers or shrubbery and the back flower bed was stomped down - No trimming of the trees was performed, and painted surfaces were rubbed by the branches evidenced by the paint on the leaves of the treesSIP hired a very incompetent crew to paint my mother’s home In the process they damaged the siding to her home in excess of $1,based on estimates I had to provide.As I stated in my original complaint, I will be satisfied when Geoff ***, Founder/Owner, of ***er Impressions Painting of Indiana would acknowledge that the crew sent to fulfill our contract to paint my mother's home was totally unprofessional, careless, and dishonestThat the damage caused by their carelessness to the aluminum siding would be repaired at no cost and the paint job originally contracted for would be satisfactorily completed by a professional and competent crew Regards, [redacted] ***

Regarding *** *** complaint, we have requested that he provide us with the original siding contractor’s name and number on numerous occasions, in writingSo far, he has been non-responsive to this simple requestOur goal was to call the original siding contractor and have the dent fixed,
whether, or not we caused itHowever, *** *** has been silentAlong with that, he also received a free paint job from usAre we able to close this case and file? That the damage caused by their carelessness to the aluminum siding would be repaired at no cost and the paint job originally contracted for would be satisfactorily completed by a professional and competent crew.
