I recently purchase my daughter twin size bed and when it was delivered, the merchandise was damage, my husband did not notice it until minutes laterUrea he'd out to the store and spoke to John he states that I should email what happen I did later that eveningI email customer service back and forth then calls the store to speak to John again he apologize says he will contact someone I wait a couple of days no responseOverall I no recommend this place to anyone customer service is poor and managers need more training on how to deal with customers in a situation like thisI'm ipset that I spend over $dollars in this dump
