I am rejecting this response because: I was on vacation out of state. I have witnesses as to what happened to my nails. When I went with my friend to VJ nails in August I had a picture of the damage and the bank statement. There was no one in the store but two men,...
there was no female named Vicki and when I asked to see the Mananger, one of the two men said he was the manager. Then he called me a liar and said I drew n my nails. Why would I spend $70.00 including the tip and turn around and ruin them? I did not appreciate the way he treated me or calling me a liar. As for the time span, like I said I was on vacation out of state. I can prove that I did nothing wrong to damage my nails because those I was visiting saw them and were present when the changes started to take place. They even took me to their nail person to see if they could be repaired. I was informed they were gel nails that were not done correctly and my only option was to have them done again. I opted not to spend the additional cost. I wasn't asking for all my money back or the tip, just the cost of the gel nails done on my hands. My toe nails were a simple French manicure which lasted until the first week in Sept. So as you can see I did nothing to them, and if I in fact was stupid enough to self sabotage my finger nails, then why not my toe nails. They are just trying to avoid responsibility for a poorly done job by their tech. All I want is the cost of the gel nails refunded.Thank you,[redacted]
