[redacted] came to give us an estimate on a new AC unit, he is willing to pull permits and gave us professional and courteous service.[redacted] in the office is outstanding. She researched our questions and promptly returned our calls. She is definitely on top of things and is very knowledgeable.  [redacted] came on installation day on time and ready to work. His attitude throughout the very hot and humid (and long) day was always helpful and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Although he was on his way to another job at 7 pm, he took his time explaining our new system and we never felt as if he was rushed or impatient. V.L. Jenkins and his staff were everything a homeowner could hope for in this situation.
