Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The problem was not the caps ( which where on before the job began)The problem was the new johnny bolts you installed where not cut downThey stuck out inchesI called you once a week for weeksI texted you timesThe first two phone calls you answered and promised someone would be out to cut the bolts downAfter that, all my phone calls went to a voicemail that was fullI realized you where not going to come back and requested a $refund so I could hire someone the finish the jobI received NO response to my phone calls or textI have since hired someone else to finish the job you staredIf you would like to resolve this issue you can refund me the $I am outThe first mistake I made was paying in cashLesson learned Sincerely, [redacted]

V.Mannino Plumbing responded to customer to resolve problem for johhny bolts to be cut off lower.When the job was performed to reinstall toilet the plumbing company did not supply the toilet it was a toilet that was already installed but had to be resetWhen the plumbing company started the job the caps where missing so there was no caps for johnny bolts to reinstall.I am very sorry that the customer was unhappy that we could not resolve the problem.I am not the person or company to blame for the miscommunication.I would be very happy to get this problem resolved.V.Mannino Plumbing Co would like to stay at a A+ rating and if there any questions please contact us at [redacted]

in regarding the complaint from my customer ,I'm truly sorry about what may have happened , as the owner of V.Mannino plumbing I will personally make it a point to make my customers happy.If there is any thing I can do to resolve this problem I would be more than welcome to do so,on my honor I will strive to do my best and honor my customers to the best of my ability .once again I'm very sorry about the commutation

They stuck out 2 inches. I called you once a week for 7 weeks. I texted you 5 times. The first two phone calls you answered and promised someone would be out to cut the bolts down. After that, all my phone calls went to a voicemail that was full. I realized you where not going to come back and requested a $25 refund so I could hire someone the finish the job. I received NO response to my phone calls or text. I have since hired someone else to finish the job you stared. If you would like to resolve this issue you can refund me the $25 I am out. The first mistake I made was paying in cash. Lesson learned
