Hired V-Mechanical to install an A/C unit, consisting of installation of 2ton *** condenserFurnished & installed one ton ADP evaporator Reworked refrigerant lines & new coils on roof and condo Reworked electrical to accommodate new unit Immediately noticed after installation, new unit did not work Contacted V-Mechanical to address issue Came out & told need more freon Told to put more in as should have been done the first time Unit still did not work Called to address unit still not working and was hung up on Contacted many more times and was met with total refusal to honor work even though there is a year warranty from manufacturer Also tried to contact by mail and email through an attorney and met with complete non response to attorney as well Called another A/C company, costing me $and was told unit had hole in it, lines on roof and in condo was installed incorrectly Given an estimate for $to replace bad unit, told was not new a
