Review: My friends treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. The person doing my pedicure was pressing extremely hard on the top of my right foot over and over and she was not paying much attention. I asked her to stop massaging the top of my right foot because it was hurting so badly. By the time I got home, the area she had been pressing into was swollen and red. After a few hours, the area became so sensitive that it hurt to walk and I had to remain sedentary. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing, not painful. I'm very angry that my foot is now hurting to the point where I can barely walk. I'm concerned for others that she may injure them as well.Desired Settlement: I'd like the person I received the pedicure from either trained properly, or dismissed so that she doesn't hurt others as she has hurt me.
