3/08/2020 I went into V Nails and Spa to get a fill-in. When I walked in I grab a brochure with all the prices and services they provides and I looked at the price chart on the wall and they matched. So I asked how much was a fill-in the guy said they start at 19$. I informed him the price chart and brochures said 15$. He stated no they start at 19$ that the brochures are 3-4 years old that the new prices was on the wall chart. And I stated to him it still does not say 19$. So can I get my 15$ fill in and he said it would be 19$. He took my brochure and the rest up but I grabbed another on off the drying table before leaving. It's not the difference of 4$ that bothered me it's the fact that to my face they was denying posted prices not online but in store and disputing prices they can see and I can see. I felt as if it should have been made right and taken care of but they refused

Refund I would like to be refunded for my 5$ I was was over charged for 3 weeks ago. And I don't want no store credit that forces me to go back there the debit card I used is the same one I would like my money returned to.
Spoke to Manager over the phone, He stated if he could get a copy of her receipt and her credit card information to look up the transaction he could refund the $5 back to her.
