Review: Horrible customer service. I visited this location on 5/4/13 I had purchased exactly $68.88 cents worth of merchandise and was not given a receipt nor all the items I paid for. After arriving home I came to the realization that the employee whom rang me up did not bag a shirt I had purchased the following morning I called the business and simply informed the employee on duty of my mishap that had occurred but rather than apologizing for the Inconvenience I was yelled at by a very rude female employee whom was very uncooperative with me and did not resolve my problem. After having been yelled at over the phone I visited the location in hopes of just picking up the shirt I had purchased. When arriving at the store I was once again approached with an attitude and experienced the worst customer service I had ever had I was called a liar and accused of not purchasing thus shirt although I had witness with me at the time of the purchase the manager neglected that I purchased the shirt and told me they cannot give me my item because their employee was incapable if giving me a receipt at the time of the purchase I was informed that even if I did actually purchase the item It'd take a few days to prove and until then I would not receive the product I had already purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like the shirt I purchased followed by a write up to the employee for not giving me a receipt and causing such an inconvenience on myself. As for the manager on call I do not believe she knows how to handle customers and should receive some type of write up as well for doubting me as the customer and a copy of my receipt.

Received a letter from you guys a few days sgo and immediately took action. The girln was put on probabtion and was written up and for the customers shows more than welcome to pick up a shirt next she around the store. My number is [redacted] call me when your at the store and il make sure the employee gives you the shirt. Sorry for the inconvience and rudeness of my employee, should never happen and I'm gonna try my hardest that it doesn't.

Review: I was about to purchase an item when the front desk associate got irrate that I had an item in my hand earlier and placed it somewhere in the store. I obtained the item I was going to purchase and when I got to the front desk, the associate asked me where the item I had eariler was. I told him I had left it in the store somewhere and did not have it on my persons, he got irrate, began to yell and put his hand on my shoulder and said for me to look for the item and bring it back. I told him I left it somewhere and I had fount the item I was looking for. When he put his hand on my shoulder I told him to keep his arms off of me and told him I was a paying customer. I went to the front counter to pay and after he said he would ring up the sale, he got mad, then refused service after he said he would do so. I did not apppreciate that he had put his hands on me and he should have used better judgement. I was going to pay for another item, and was not in possesion of the item I had in my hand earlier. It is not my job to go looking for merchandise. He should have been polite and used better customer service skills. I would like to file a complaint and do feel the the customer service was acceptable. Thank you for your time.
