indicated a need for a fulldebridement, a $177.00 fee, which is more involved than a regular cleaning. According to the chart notes, this was explained to the patient and she understood.On December 10, 2015, Rhinelander Dental adjusted the amount due in half for this patient, but is willing to adjust the remaining amount of$88.50 off her account as well. To date, no actionhas commenced with the collection department therefore her credit doesn't reflect any mark against her associated with Rhinelander Dental.Rhinelander Dental apologizes for any mis-understanding that this patient apparently had regarding necessary dental treatment for her health vs. only what is covered by her insurance.Please contact me should you have any further questions.Sincerely,Rhinelander Dental
