BAD Service!! I live in Utah and am an OTR truck driver I gave V-Twin City $to hold me a bike for the week until I got home and was able to get money from the bank to send them for purchase of the bike I called them on day after giving them the money to hold and they had already sold the bike to someone else from under me THENit took them almost two more weeks to refund me the $that I gave them They were very rude and didn't have an explanation except that some bikers came into the store from Germany and wanted to buy it so they sold it to them, even though I gave them money to hold it and it was to have a sold sign on it The manager didn't care and was the actual person who sold the bike from under me Not a trust worthy company to deal with
BAD Service!! I live in Utah and am an OTR truck driver. I gave V-Twin City $500 to hold me a bike for the week until I got home and was able to get money from the bank to send them for purchase of the bike. I called them on day 4 after giving them the money to hold and they had already sold the bike to someone else from under me. THEN... it took them almost two more weeks to refund me the $500 that I gave them. They were very rude and didn't have an explanation except that some bikers came into the store from Germany and wanted to buy it so they sold it to them, even though I gave them money to hold it and it was to have a sold sign on it. The manager didn't care and was the actual person who sold the bike from under me. Not a trust worthy company to deal with.
