This person has made two complaints against us about the same repair using different names and contact infoAs I stated in my other response I am currently out of town until May 8th and will fully respond to this complaint when I returnI may have some time to address it before then, but it's not very likelyIf you would like to wait that long I would appreciate an opportunity to give our side of the story, and provide documentation proving the repair, supporting pictures of the damage caused by the owner adding excessive amounts of stop leak to their cooling system, and dialog that we had with the customer in the beginning and throughout the processWe are a year old family owned business that has never had a complaint not go in our favor with the Revdex.com, and we have an impeccable reputation and online record with the local community When I get back in town on May 8th I would love an opportunity to respondCheck our Revdex.com record over the past years.Kind Regards,John V [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:We solicited this shop to fix the carThe fact of the matter is that the car is worse off now than when we brought it to themAfter all the work they have done, the car is in worse shape nowAfter we got the car back after the second time mark supposedly "fixed" it, the check engine light came on as I said beforeI called them and mark advised that we keep driving itAs a result, the car overheated once more and we had to pay $towing bill to get it back to townMark advised us to have it towed to his shop using his preferred towing companyI have recorded this phone call to verify.furthermore, Mark tried to blackmail us into removing our complaint by holding our car hostage and refusing paymentWhen we went up to retrieve the car, Mark yelled at *** several times, and again tried to blackmail us into removing the complaintWe have audio records of these incidents to prove it
