In reference to the complaint filed on November 2016, my response is as follows.Customer special ordered six chairs to be custom finished in the customer choice of color.We immediately placed the order for the chairs and picked them up from the warehouse in North Carolina as soon as they became
availableWe assembled them with care and placed them in the paint shopWe completed the job on November to accommodate the customers party she was hostingRegrettably, we were not able to have them complete for ThanksgivingWhen the customer bought the chairs I was sure to let her know that I could not place an absolute guarantee that they would be complete by ThanksgivingShe references a quote from me stating that I said "That should not be a problem" Later in the letter she states my quote as "It would not be a problem" made sure at the time of sale to give her my best idea of timeframe while not guaranteeing a completion date of ThanksgivingShe decided to purchase the chairs under that adviceI understand her frustration with not having the chairs, but we did our best to get them completed as soon as we couldShe was frustrated and I could sense it on the phoneI was not intentionally being rude, but I was being direct with accurate information even though it may not have been what she was hoping to hear.At this point the chairs have been completed and picked up by customer on NovemberThe door that she is referencing is off of a TV Stand that she chose from the sales floor after looking at itShe notified me after delivery of her concern with the doorI have since placed the door on order and expect it soonThe company who manufactures this item is backlogged with this cabinet and is doing what they can to accommodate even though it is not a manufacturing defect, it is the wood showing throughI will advise Customer when it arrives.The customer bought the items understanding they were special order and being made just for herThe order was made at her sole request and we accomplished our responsibilities in a timely mannerNo refund will be issued.Respectfully,Lance F*

I am rejecting this response because:Lance only contacted me after I cancelled payment with my credit card company due to lack of delivery from him, several phone calls to his office and after I sent a complaint to Revdex.com I do not accept his response because his response is not true I repeat, Lance only calledl my twice after I cancelled the credit card transaction, and after I submitted this complaint to Revdex.com,When Lance had my money, he ignored the promises that he made to deliver my consoles in December ("before Christmas")After that point and time, I called to check status again before the new year, twice in January and again in Feb Each time I called there was once excuse after another While he breached the contract, I remained very patient, until I began to believe that he was not going to deliver and is truly an untrustworthy individual.On February 10, Lancee contacted my cell phone and left a brief message Since I do not truse that Lance/Woodcrafters is a trustworthy business, its unfortunate, but I am no longer interested in doing business with him or Woodcrafters.

To whom it may concern;I am referencing the above issue and forwarding our response as follows.This customer contracted our company to custom build and finish two TV stands to her specific dimension requirements and color/finish choice.We have completed the assembly and have tried to contact the...

customer for delivery.At this point we have not had any response from the client to deliver the items.We are open seven days a week and here to discuss with the client but she has not returned.The only information I have received from the customer is a dispute with the Credit Card company and this complaint through Revdex.com. Through these two avenues she has asked for a refund. Our policies are that the customer has three days to cancel the order after the transaction date. This is clearly stated on the CC receipt. Once we begin cutting and assembly of the custom made furniture we do not refund deposits.We stand ready to arrange delivery of these items with customer.Thank you, Lance F[redacted]
