I bought three of your cartridges for my printer and and everyone when I installed comes up with supply memory error. I have had no luck sending the company emails and there is no phone number to call. So what do I do ? Is this company for real or just a scam. How do I get this fixed please reply as I have written you many times.

The company has refunded 100% of the money back to my account
