Review: Purchased a voucher for 4 days/3 night trip through [redacted] from Vacations 75 for $75. Sent in a reservation form along with $200 for trip arrangements. It has been over a month and I haven't heard anything back from this company. I have sent numerous e-mails and called customer service with no response from anyone! This company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $200 back ASAP!

Response:

A refund is in process now for $200.

Review: I originally found out about the vacation offer through [redacted], after receiving reservation request form I eventually sent in the $50 refundable room deposit with information for trip (this was sent in on 3/24/13, a check) I noted that on 4/10/13 my check was cashed and I still had not heard from Vacations 75. I made several attempts to contact i.e. by phone (which immediately took me to a full message box), sent email. Finally, I recontacted [redacted] to find out what was going on, they encouraged me to contact vacations 75 and gave me an email address to use. I followed through, but still did not hear anything until I asked for my refundable room deposit to be sent back. Vacations75 had a 3rd party call me and offer me a different deal, which did not work out so I was redirected back to vacations75. I later received a call back from the 3rd party stating that vacations 75 would be sending my deposit back and they would do this because the deal was expiring (mind you all my attempts to contact vacations 75 occurred before the expiration of the deal.) I also received an email from vacations 75 later that evening informing me that the room deposit was being sent that day, this was 4/30/13. It is now 6/27/13 and I still have not received my refundable room deposit check of $50, nor was any service rendered. I have emailed them to find out what is going on and of course again no response and no check. All I want is my $50 back.Desired Settlement: I would like my $50 back.

Review: My V75 getaway was purchased for me as a gift from my daughter for Mother's Day. She paid $60 for the voucher which is good for two years. Within the two year limit, I sent in the $50 deposit for a weekend vacation for December 6, 2013. I never received any word from them. I called a number I was able to retrieve and talked to a lady named [redacted] said she was not V75 but she could contact them. I told her I would like to schedule the weekend vacation for two weeks later since they did not get back with me in time. [redacted] said she would contact V75 to make my reservations. Once again, I was never contacted by V75. I called [redacted] once again and asked for V75's phone number to talk to them myself. I was given a bogus number. I called [redacted] back and said I was going to report her to the Revdex.com and she said very sarcastically, "Thank you for making my holiday" and hung up on me. [redacted] is the one affiliated with the rip off company. They took my daughter's $60 and my $50 deposit. We are out $110 with no hotel getaway as promoted through deal chicken on our local news channel in [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want a refund from this rip off company. I do not want a check because I do not believe it will be valid as the company seems to be a fraud. Also,I would be afraid I would go to the getaway and it would not be there when I arrived. I will never trust V75 and I will let others know this as well.

Review: I bought a Yollar deal from Vacations 75 and have had nothing but trouble trying to redeem it. First, they told me that my dates would not work but when I was ready I could try other dates. I accepted this and a few months later I tried again to use the voucher. It was for a 3 nights in [redacted] and the second time I was trying to use it in August for my anniversary (not a busy time for tourists in [redacted]). After a couple emails back and forth trying to use this voucher they wouldn't answer whether I would be able to use it, and now have simply stopped replying to my emails. There is only one way to contact this company from what I have gathered, and it's through email, and their customer service through email is awful. I get the impression i'm emailing with a 16-year-old kid who could not care less whether i'm satisfied with my experience. I would never buy a deal from Vacations 75 again.Desired Settlement: I spend $59 on this voucher and after 2 failed attempts at redeeming it I would like my money back.

Review: On May 4, 2012 I purchased a Vacation75 voucher on [redacted] for a $59 for a 3-day/2-night adventure to the [redacted] (Certificate Code: [redacted]; Serial Number: [redacted]). I completed the application form and mailed it in with the requested $50 refundable deposit. On June 6 2012 I sent a request for reservation dates in June; Vacation75 responded noting per the dates on our reservation request form, accommodations will be at the [redacted] and we should let them know if we wanted them to proceed. I responded and two weeks passed and we did not hear anything; I sent an email to Vacation75 on 6/17/12 looking for status; on 6/18/12 I received an email from Vacation75 apologizing that confirmation was unable to be obtained for the [redacted] but we could stay at [redacted] (which was less than acceptable to us); - I responded immediately and declined and said we would provide other dates; on 6/19/12 we requested 6/28/12 & 6/29/12; Vacation75 responded and said no availability. On 10/27/12 I sent a request for 11/16/12 & 11//17/12; Vacation75 responded on 10/31/12 with 2 choices - [redacted] or [redacted]; I responded that [redacted] was unacceptable due to prior mold issues at that hotel and that we were not interested in attending the required 90-120 minute tour at [redacted]; I again advised we would look for alternative dates. On 12/23/12 I sent an email requesting 3/1/12 and 3/2/12; no response from Vacation75 so I sent a follow-up email on 12/31; still no response so I sent a follow-up email on 01/22/13 noting if they were unable to respond or fulfill our request we would like a refund; still no response I sent another email on 01/27/13 and another one again on 2/15/13 - still no response. On 3/3/13 I sent another email to Vacation75 advising the certificate we purchased expires in May and we are looking to go to [redacted] Friday April 5th and Saturday April 6th and asked that they confirm availability. We still have not heard back from Vacation75.Desired Settlement: The lack of response from Vacation75 is very disappointing and very frustrating. I would like a response from Vacation75 regarding any availabiliy for 4/5/13 & 4/6/13; if there is no availability I would like a refund of the $50 security deposit and a refund for the cost of voucher through [redacted].com in the amount of $59.00. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Response:

She will need to contact [redacted] for a refund of $59. Her room deposit check was NOT cashed and will be formally shredded.

Review: I have paid a total of $164 for a 2 night hotel package. The process has involved 3 different companies, this being one of them. Each stage required an additional payment. I have been trying to schedule this package for a year and have not received any response from any of the 3 companies while attempting to contact someone. This is completely false advertising for a non-existing product. I want a full refund of my money I have invested.Desired Settlement: Full refund of all money invested $164.

Review: On August 13, 2013, I mailed a check for $50 (#2346) with a reservation request form to stay at a property in New Orleans on October 4, 2013, for 2 nights. However, I received a phone call shortly thereafter, from Sandy, at ###-###-####, who said New Orleans was not available anymore, even though it was listed on the reservation request form. I waited, thinking we would use the reservation request form again, and when I tried calling this month (July 2014), I cannot reach Sandy or anyone who can help me, or refund my $50 (refundable room deposit according to the form). The email address I have is [redacted]com and they have not responded to my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $50.

Review: I purchased a vacation from [redacted] which was for Vacation 75. This complaint is for Vacation 75. I have been trying to contact Vacation 75 for the past 6 weeks to set up a vacation and can not talk to anybody. I have left emails and tried to call. There voice mail box is full and will not take anymore calls.Desired Settlement: Refund my money. I do not want to deal with them.

Response:

The customer will need to contact whomever they paid for a refund.

Review: On February 21, 2013, I mailed a reservation request form for a vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic along with a $50 refundable room deposit to Vacations 75. I wanted to schedule our vacation for the first week of June. The reservation request form stated "Once your registration form and deposit are received, a reservationist will contact you to proceed with your booking. Please allow 10-15 business days for correspondence." On March 15, 2013, I received a phone call from a company called [redacted] whose reservationist told me that Vacations 75 had turned my vacation form over to them. When I proceeded to book our vacation, the reservationist from [redacted] said they did not have vacations for Punta Cana, Dominican Republic available during the time in June that we wanted to travel. So, I submitted a request on Vacations 75's website asking for a refund for $50. When I didn't hear back from them for a few days, I mailed them a written request. I have yet to receive any communication from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a money order in the amount of $50 for the refundable room deposit I sent them because the days we wanted to travel were not available from them nor from [redacted]. I am afraid to ask for a check in fear that it may be a bad check reflecting their bad business practice.

Review: We purchased a travel voucher through [redacted] from Vacations75 (Voucher number was [redacted]). It involved 2 nights lodging at a hotel and required a $50 refundable security deposit to be sent to Vacations75 through cash or money order. We sent a check for $75.00 which was cashed. We completed the stay and requested the security deposit to be returned. After getting no response from several phone calls,, we contacted [redacted] to get further information. They gave us their email address; we sent an email requesting the deposit. We used the voucher April 7-9, 2013 and sent the email on May 24, 2013. We received a short email in reply on May 28 that said "This has been submitted for processing." After 21 days on June 18, I sent a reply asking when I can expect the refund. I received no reply. Now on September 16, I tried to call the business at two phone numbers I found on the internet; the first one said the number was temporarily disconnected and the other number had no answer, seemed to be connected to a fax machine. It has now been nearly 4 months since the initial email request and over 5 months since we used the voucher; I seem to have no other recourse other than filing a complaint through Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: All we want is return of our security deposit of $50.00 in a form that it is valid. We do not want a bounced check.

Review: I purchased a 3day 2night vacation getaway to [redacted], SC back in April of 2012. The entitlement is valid for 2 years from purchase date. I redeemed my certificate voucher in January of 2013. March 26, 2013 I mailed off my reservation request form for September 13 - 15, 2013 along with a $50 refundable money order deposit. Per therir information noted on the request form (Once registration form and deposit are received, a reservationist will contact you to proceed with you booking. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for correspondence. They also inform that upon receipt of you request, there is a minium of 30 days advanced notice). If you noticed I did not wait the minium amount of time I gave numerous amounts of month advanced notice to be sure that I could secure the dates I requested. On I April 17th I had my girlfriend who will be going on the getaway with me send an email to [email protected] asking if they have received my request form and asking how much would it cost to stay and additional day (September 13 - September 16) the note on request form that accomodations for extra nights may be available for an additional fee. If it was going to be $50 or less I was going to ask if they would add the extra day and keep the $50 refundable money order deposit or send them the additional amount if reasonable. We informed them I could be reached at my email address or my girlfriend's email address either is fine its just that she checks hers everyday I may check mine 2 - 3 times a week. Correspondence has yet to be sent to either email address. On May 1st I had my girlfriend send another email to [email protected] and [email protected] from email address giving them my certificate code & serial number requesting that they please contact as soon as possible. I had also made a few calls to them at 1-855-vacay75 but you can never actually speak with a live person you always get transferred to some voicemail. I did leave a message but no return call. On May 27th I contact Western Union to see if the money order had been cashed and they advised that it had as of April 10, 2013. That had me confused and upset because I have not heard from them so I sent them an email myself from my own email asking about the money order be cashed, when I will be contacted by a reservationist, if I can get the extra day I requested and what the cost is. I also informed them that if I have not heard back from them by a June 10th I will be contacting you all to file a complaint. It is July 11th and I still have not heard from them so this is why I am contacting you all. I know the dates that I requested for my vacation have not came yet but the timeframe (10 -15 business days) from when they received my reservation request form has past by several months ago. I want to know that I can and will get the 3days, 2 night resort stay in [redacted], SC I requested along with the additional day ( September 13- 16) as long as additional cost is reasonable. Please advise that you can help me with getting in contact with Vacation75 / V75 Getaways. So that I can get the getaway I paid for or all my monies back. Thank you in advance.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the geatway I paid for ( days I requested along with the additional day September 13- 16, 2013 resort stay). Plus, I would prefer some type of compensation either my monies back ($109.00) or a complimentary 3day - 2night trip to [redacted],SC on a separate date of my liking.

Review: My son and Daughter in-law bought us a 3 night stay from Vacations 75 through [redacted] in May 2012 We wanted to use this stay for the dates of April 4,5 and 6th 2013 in [redacted]. On the voucher it said I need a at least a 30 day notice. I sent the voucher in with a 50 dollor room deposit that we would get refunded in 30 days after our stay. I sent it in back in mid Febuary of 2013. The voucher stated that a person would get ahold of us 10 to 15 days after they recieved it back. I never got a phone call or e-mail. My room deposit check was cashed on March 11 2013. I emailed Vacations75 on March 20th and asked what was going on, that my check was cashed and I have not heard anything from them yet. I got a call on March 21st , a reservationest called and I was at work so I called her back on Friday March 22. Her name was [redacted]. She offered us a presentation, it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours and we would get a extra night stay and a room upgrade. I told her we were not interested. That we have done something like this before and we dont want to buy into any vacation rental things. No problem, I was not pressured by her she thanked me and said she would forward this to a reservationist. This was the last contact I have had with anyone. Our stay was comming up soon. We had made plans to meet up with my other son and his wife in [redacted] that weekend I requested. They live in [redacted]. They have their room already. I get very little time off of work and I finally was able to take some time off after 5 years of working 6 days a week. So I have tried to call and all mail boxes are full and I cant leave a message, I have sent e-mails again on March 26, 28th and April 2nd 2013. I have not got any responce back. I am very mad at this place now. I was lucky to have been able to get a room for those 3 nights at [redacted], but its gonna cost me just over 400.00 dollors for the room. Like I said before I get very little time off and those are the dates I got off of work and needed the room on those dates. I hope you can help me get this resolved. This is the 1st time I have ever had to file a complaint. Thank You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the purchase price of the voucher that was 59.00, my 50 dollor deposit and the cost of the room I had to pay for refunded. The room cost is 411.00. I will have a reciept for the [redacted] room once we get there on April 4th 2013.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I am glad to get my room deposit back, but I also would like the price of the voucher ( 59.00 ) back and the cost of the room we had to pay for. I would be happy with the price of the room we paid for minus the 59.00 voucher price would be fine also. The voucher was for 3 nights and we got a room on our own for 3 nights at the cost of 411.00 at the [redacted] for the same dates we asked Vacations 75 for.. We should have never had to pay for a room if Vacations 75 would have followed through. I do not plan on trying to use this voucher again. I dont need to deal with this company again. I tried over and over to contact this company. I do have a trail of many e-mails to them.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I see that Vacations 75 has no intensions on making this right. They recieved the 59.00 payment for the Voucher I bought. They sold the voucher thru [redacted]. I still believe they should refund that amount along with my deposit of 50.00 . If they cared about their customers they would follow through with what the voucher said, but instead they cashed a room deposit check and never got back to me after I said we were not interested in a presentation. I believe all they care about are the people that want to buy into there vacation rentals. I believed that when that check was cashed the room would have been set up, but once again I got no responce back untill I got ahold of the Revdex.com. Very poor customer service with this company. I have never deal with people like this again. I guess they are not in the business to please the customer, they just take the money and thats the end. I can say is that I am glad there are other outlets to get the word out about this company. 2 of our local news channels do stories about people that get screwed over by businesss and I will be contacting them along with [redacted] wil have a negative post made about Vacations 75.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted [redacted]. I am glad to have found out that there has been many complaints about Vacations 75 and that they no longer do business with them. I can also say that there has been no defamation to this company either. I have copies of the voucher, all my e-mails and a printout of my long distance phone calls. The voucher states how this works and I did my part but Vacations 75 did not follow through with there part. This is what this is all about. But all 1 needs to do is start searching for reviews on Vacations 75 and you will read plenty of bad ones. I guess I am just lucky to get my 50.00 deposit back or so I hope I do as you stated earlier. I have read reviews that people only got 40.00 of their 50.00 dollar deposit back also. Custo

mers are not a priorty with this company and thats pretty sad. I work with customers everyday and would never treat any of them like this.

Review: I won a 3 day hotel getaway with this company through a car dealership promotion. We were asked to send in $15 and which I did and then another $50 refundable deposit which I did. The company cashed both checks. However, I have not heard anything from them in regards to making arrangements for my "free" vacation. Emails/phone calls etc. have been attempted with no response.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of $15 + $50 checks ($65)

Review: I paid $15.00 online to www.certificateforyou.com in order to receive a call to book a hotel reservation in the city of my choice.I chose the closest place -[redacted], WI .

Review: I purchased a vacation deal online. Upon an several attempts to speak with someone about about the service I purchased, I can not get a response. I have emailed without a response. I have called the number listed and was met with a recording stating "The number listed is no longer in service." I have faxed a request to the number listed without a response as well. I have in good faith, tried to reach this company to settle this dispute to no avail.Desired Settlement: This company should update their information so customers can contact them. Also in cases such as mine, an apology would be acceptable.

Review: I purchased a 4 day 3 night hotel stay in Las Vegas offered by Vacations 75 through [redacted] in October 2012. I had until 2/2013 to book. During the month of January I completed the reservation form and mailed it with a check for 50.00 as a room deposit. It was never cashed nor did I receive a call form a resevation specialist. Towards the end of Janary and February I tried to contact them to redeem the certificate but no one responded to the website request. I tried several times to book my reservation within the time frame specified and never received a response. I regular mailed, emailed, went through their website and still did not receive an answer. I disputed with [redacted] who tried to get them to honor the offer. [redacted] contacted 75 Vacations several times without a response. After my 6th follow up with [redacted] I did receive an email from 75 vacations which asked for my travel dates in March 2013. I gave them the dates and they never responded. [redacted] did not rerceive an answer after that either and offered me a credit but no refund. Vacations 75 would not even respond to them after.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because I do not want a refund. I was offered compensation by [redacted], however I want what I purchased. I want 75 Vacations to honor the offer. They need to make this right after not responding to several emails by myself and [redacted]. If they do not wish to stand by the offer I would like other people to know so they do not waste time and money becoming involved in this scam.

They didnt even research this complaint just responded call who you paid for a refund. So much for customer service. They should cease operations if no real business is being conducted.
