Business refuses to return my calls
I have left messages to Jim Ellis Mazda over the past weeks and they have not returned my calls I am super disappointed in that my brake button broke off and my car only has 38,miles on it I would hope that Mazda would replace it at no charge but since no one will return my calls I have been forced to contact you At about 28,miles my console latch broke off and that was replaced but at this point I am really disappointed in the quality of Mazda

In October 2017, I took my car to the dealership because there was a recall on the seal to the gas tankThis means they have to remove the gas tank in order to fix itI got the car back a few days later, and it smelled very strong of gasoline, I went back in and asked about it and they said they must've forgot to air it out, so leave the windows down for a few days it should be fineI did and it still wasn't fine, so I had to take it back to the dealershipThey found that the seal they put on there was faulty, so they had to replace it again, which means a 2nd time of pulling my gas tank outA few weeks after I got the car back, my gas sensor started acting upI took it back to dealership and explained it didn't start doing this until they removed my gas tank twiceThey told me it was no fault of theirs & it would be $to repair but since I was a loyal customer they would split it with me$is a lot of money for something that I didn't do! I contacted their customer Car

Review: I dropped off three pair of dress pants to be cleaned on 9/30/13. When I went to pick them up the following week, the dry cleaning company could only find two of the pants. I was told the manager would call me by the end of the week. I never recieved a call so I called the store and was asked how old the pants were. I told her 1-2 yrs. She said they had lost them and asked what I would accept as replacement. I told her they are $80 pants and she informed me that the policy posted in the store is a maximum refund of $50. I told her ok since I had no choice in a higher price. She said she would contact her boss and call me back by the end of the week. Again I never heard back so the following Thursday I called the store and she answered and told me the check was cut that day and would be available for pick up the following Monday 11/18/13. I arrived that Monday to find the check was only for $30. She told me I would have to contact the owner to get it changed. I immediately called the number she gave me to reach the owner Brad. He was gone for the day so I left a message. I didn't hear from him the following day so I called again and left another message. I tried all week long to reach him and asked the employees if he was getting my messages. Finally one told me she gave it to him and was not sure why he hadn't called me back, but would talk to him directly and call me back the next day. I never heard back from her so I called a couple days later. She told me he wasn't going to change the check amount even though I could prove the pants cost $80 to replace and their policy is to pay out up to $50. I never recieved an explanation as to why I was only getting $30 instead of the posted $50 policy. And never recieved returned calls from any employees or the owner.Desired Settlement: I would like the $20 balance due to me to be paid immediately.

Review: Friday 06/27/14-03:17pm - [redacted] and I Deposited 2 suits and one pair of dress slacks . Mr. [redacted] specifically explained to customer service person (female) that the gray suit pants would require special handling BEFORE cleaning to remove stitch witchery tape on hemline. He specifically asked attendant if tape could be removed prior to cleaning to eliminate damage to pants. Her response was 'yes' and marked pants accordingly. We were given a pick-up date of Monday June 30th.

Tuesday 07/01/14 - I returned ( without Mr. [redacted]) , same clerk was on duty. As soon as she looked at pants and realized work had not been done,, she called the owner, Brad Harden over and explained that pants had not been done correctly. Brad examined pants and said to me, ' I have just the thing to get this out'. At that time pants had been cleaned with tape in place and pants hem was stuck together. He asked that I leave the pants and return on July 7th because cleaners would be closed week of Fourth of July. I left entire order in store.

Monday 07/07/14 - Mr. [redacted] and I returned to cleaners (male clerk). We examined pants and this time someone had attempted to pull hems apart were they had been pressed together and material was damaged. We asked to speak with manager, clerk called someone ( lady) on phone whom Mr. [redacted] and I spoke with her to explain situation. She was of no help and she as well as clerk asked us to talk with owner who would be on site Monday July 14th. We left entire order in store..

Monday 07/14/14 - Mr. [redacted] and I returned to cleaners (another female clerk on duty). We asked for owner and was told he was not in. We attempted to explain situation again, she got irate, asked us to take clothes and leave because there was nothing she could do about the damage . We asked for owner and she said she was the owner, however, she refused to give us her name. And said 'do what you have to do' when we told her we would have to take legal action. Left entire order and left premises.

Upon returning home, we performed an on line search for owner name etc. the person who claimed to be the owner was not listed on record as being the owner of the business. By the way, no one wears name tags there.

After locating the name of the owner (Brad Harden), we returned to the store and asked for 'Brad'. We were told by the same girl that Brad would be in the following morning.

Tuesday 07/15/14, Mr. [redacted] contacted the owner (Brad) by phone. I was present and heard the conversation between Mr [redacted] and Brad. Brad said, they never make guarantees, when he was the same person I spoke with on July 1. Brad became very defensive and irate and told us to come pick up clothes. We returned to cleaners later on same day. Brad was not there, however lady who initially received order on June 27th was on premises. We asked for clothes, took pictures of damage and left store with our entire Order.Desired Settlement: I am requested that Va. 1.95 cleaners reimburse me for cost of a [redacted] suit ($250) which was damaged beyond repair.

Review: Brought a comforter in that was 3 months old, purchased brand new, for dry cleaning due to a spill on the comforter. It was clearly stated that the blanket be dry cleaned. When it was picked up and unfolded once home, it was observed that the blanket was deformed, excessive shrinkage of the stuffing, numerous parts of the blanket missing stuffing completely/lying flat with nothing, the coloring of the blanket altered with extreme fade spots and overall fading of the color. The blanket also is course and rough. Attempted to speak with cleaners and they would not take responsibility to replace. They stated they would charge me to change it to a duvet, which would take out the stuffing that was damaged due to their negligence.Desired Settlement: Replaced of blanket due to extreme, noticeable damage to blanket that was in excellent condition.

Response:

In speaking with Mrs. [redacted] on the phone about her comforter I told her in the dry cleaning process it is not a dry process. It is cleaned with a chemical and the stuffing in the comforter was deformed from the process of the tumbling in the machine which I have no control over. The manufacture puts this in there and I don't know what will happen through this process with the stuffing. She signed a release for it to be cleaned not knowing if this would happen or not. I will offer to take care of all cost to turn it into a duvet cover because the same thing will happen again with the stuffing. But also I feel if she just bought the comforter that she needs to go and complain to [redacted]'s about it being deformed because I should not have to be responsible for a problem on the manufactures end.
