In response to Mr*** of VA Auto Mart INC.’s feedback to my complaint on the *** *** ***; I would like him to understand that I am very grateful for his attempts to repair the vehicleAlthough, the car was purchased as is, Mr*** did assure me that his vehicles are in good drivable conditionHe also went a step further due to my apprehension about purchasing the car and to put my worries at ease, gave me his word that although he would not give me a written day warranty, if anything went wrong he would repair for free within the first daysUnfortunately, due to the negligence of either him or his mechanics, I kept experiencing the same issues even after their repair attemptsI am not sure if Mr*** is unaware of the poor work done by his mechanics or if the mechanics were being honest when they apologized to me stating that they needed more time to thoroughly work on the car but were being rushed by Mr*** to fix the vehicle; but the end result was the same; the car repeatedly broke down while being driven and failed to startBecause of that my *** and I have been more than inconvenienced.VA Auto Mart Inctook almost two weeks to replace the engine, which caused me to spend money on car rentals and other forms of transportation, while still paying a car payment, after being promised that the car would initially be repaired within hoursI took it upon myself to research and ask around to various auto shops including the *** dealership, to see how long it takes to replace my specific engine, and was advised that the actual replacement was hoursAlthough, that was the second of many issues that arose with this car, I informed Mr*** that I am on a set *** income and this is the only form of transportation for me and my household, and I wanted to ensure the car was now in good working order, and he assured me that it wasI then experienced dangerous reactions from the car when it would jump in and out of alignment while driving which almost caused two accidentsI took the car to get an alignment twice and replaced the front tires on the vehicle twice before finally sending it back to VA AUTOMART for repairsThe mechanics stated that the stabilitrak and axel was bad on the vehicle and stated that they noticed it while replacing the engine but also weren’t given a chance to fix it due to the deadline they were givenSince then, the starter, water pump, fuel pump and fuel relay was repaired by VA AUTOMART, all within the 1st month and a half of purchaseEven after these attempted repairs, the car had to be picked up from numerous locations on a repeated basis, leaving me and my family stranded over issues that was promised to me by Mr*** and his mechanics that was already fixedAfter breaking down times in one week, I finally took the car to be looked at by a tier mechanic in which he informed me that the car was not fixed, but poorly rigged just to get the vehicle back on the roadHe also advised me that the wiring which was covered with duct tape was bad causing the rear fuse box (where the main control was for the fuel pump, gas and fuel relay are housed) overheat and go out and needed to be fully replacedThe mechanic even advised me that he was surprised there was no car fire because the wiring was all improperly riggedNothing was up to codeWith the help of my ***, we had everything repaired and have now spent a total of $in repairs and over $in car rentals for work we were told was already done by VA Auto Mart IncWhat Mr*** failed to understand was the issue was not about his willingness to repair but that the car was a lemon to begin with and that the faulty work done on it by his dealership placed me in a dangerous situationsAfter notification from Revdex.com Auto line, the *** *** has reached out to me and taken hold of the repair receipts that I had from the outside mechanicsThey apologized and said they were not aware that another dealership was inaccurately representing them by selling poorly maintained used ***sThey have advised me that if the matter is not handled to my satisfaction they would assist me in pursuing other avenues and hoped that this did not deter me from buying a *** in the futureThey have acknowledged that *** in addition to the As Is purchase contract upholds the Universal Commercial Code of ensuring all vehicles sold are able to be useable transportation and *** feels that my car was notThey ask that I keep them notified on this matterHowever, at this point my concern is that after everything I have been through with this car, I am allowed to pay the balance agreed upon on my car loan in peace with my credit staying in tact and not wrongfully or maliciously having repossessions filed on meI wish to only be contacted by certified mail from VA Auto Mart so that I have a record of any time they feel there is a financial issue, since I have no voice mail or record that they tried to contact meI also would like to solely deal via phone, or email, or mail with ** *** *** ***, the administrator of my loan, this way I can ensure there are no mix-ups or issues with too many overseers on my accountI want to feel safe and not that any deceit is being done to purposely mess me up take the car and harm meIf this is not possible than I wish to make and even rectification and turn the car in with no repercussions or money owedThe $as *** has just informed me were for repairs that should have been completed even before I purchased the car and they wish to keep the *** brand name intactBut at this point I just want peace and understanding which I have been asking for since the beginning but instead was met with attitude and blame. I’m sorry it had to come to this I hope my wish are agreed upon and can conclude this matter,Thankfully,Ms*** * ***

This is in response to [redacted]'s complaint about her [redacted]. Unfortunately the car is sold "as is" and the client signs this...

document. She test drove the car and we did everything on our part to make sure the car was in good condition when it left the lot. Regrettably the car did begin to have issues after it was purchased and we did the repairs for Ms. [redacted]. Total cost of repairs are $3500 (new engine, power steering pump,...etc) that we paid for. This is an unfortunate situation and we can only do so much to help. We do appreciate Ms. [redacted]s timely payment and business. To resolve the situation Ms. [redacted] can pay the $3500 repair bill and we will gladly take the car back from her. According to our records her total investment in the car is $2331 (1200 deposit + 3 monthly payments of 377). As of today I have spent more money on this car than she has. I would really like to resolve this matter peacefully and will do the best I can to work with Ms. [redacted],VA Automart Inc.[redacted]
