technician using a vehicle diagnostic machine, which gave trouble code [redacted]. We told him it would cost $850.00 to fix the code. He left and came back and asked if we could do it for less I said I can do it for $800.00 he said alright but that he needed it done that same day. So I lift the car up and remove the plastic cover where the valve body is located in front of the radiator. So I don't have to bring the transmission for that so I called Relco parts inc and got a new valve body assembly for $450.00. We replaced the valve body assembly, we also added new transmission fluid. After all work was done we called in a technician to come program the new valve body , which cost $125.00 dollars, after the vehicle was programmed, vehicle was road tested and drove perfectly fine vehicle and was given to customer Tuesday April **,2017. We try to reason with the customer if [redacted] is having any problems with the vehicle we are more than happy to try and resolve any issues.
