Va Cuba is absolutely the worst at providing good customer service. At first impression I didn't think they were helpful or too forthcoming with information when I made inquiries in person (they were very dismissive toward every question I asked as if my questions were not very important or laughable, and when I say "they" I refer to the entire staff yes). I stuck with them after receiving a bad impression because at that point in time I had already processed my non-refundable paperwork, and truthfully things didn't get worse until I arrived in Cuba. When I arrived in Cuba, from day one I had issues. I was interrogated at the airport and informed that they issued me an improper Visa (tourist) and that I needed to go to Cuban Immigration Office and purchase (more money) a family visit visa. Again, this is something the agency could have prevented as I informed them of the terms of my visit and they had the address of where I was staying. When I went to pick up my car rental it was a 3 hour process because again, the agency never informed me that I had to present a voucher at the pick up location. Again, more money spent and time wasted. I will never used Va Cuba nor do I recommend them to anyone. It is their duty to properly inform their customers of critical information and they were dismissive and careless.
