This is one of the most unorganized companies I have ever encounteredTheir air conditioning has been out since the beginning of JuneI write this review a mere five days from AugustMost of the time the temperature outside is in the high 90's, thus the temp in the gym hovers around degreesThe people at the front desk, including the manager tell you they are waiting on corporate to approve a new unit or repair the old oneWhen you call corporate they tell you a) they didn't realize it was broke or b) they were told it was already fixedI was told both each time I calledBoth are liesI truly believe they are waiting until summer is over because they don't want to pay for a new HVAC system
