I am rejecting this response because: I never initiated the services as their message states that I did, where they told me about their stores and I wanted the issue resolved over the phone...Lie #1! I had to sign the document prior to the "so-called" services in order to use my computer-Lie#2, because of them hacking into my computer with a message for me to call them to resolve the issueThey pressured me along with my ignorance to pay first for the service, if not my computer will be taken over by the Trojan Virus and all of my personal info will be jeopardizedI'm still thinking it just might be to this day, with all these liesMcAfee says I'm good with what they did, but this is scarey that I'm reading their response as if "I" went out of my way to contact them...I thought , as the error message I received on my screen that I couldn't get rid of, that I was calling Microsoft/WindowsNow I know Microsoft doesn't do thatThey scammed meI have the proofI have attached the error message with the RED SCREEN that was the catalyst, to this scam I also initiated a complaint with my credit union fraud deptWhich now I have to call my Credit Union because I checked my account and I have a credit of $in my account, but it says, "FRAUD/DEBIT CARD PROVISIONAL CREDIT"...I'm not sure what that means, but it seems like my proofs may have done some good.They also have a day refund policy through VAASS PRO, because at the time of the issue, I was told I was talking to a Microsoft-Windows rep., then it was a contractor, then days later when I called them to express my discomfort about the service on 6/30, it was Vaass Pro, and the only time [redacted] IT came up was when they took my payment info.-6/and told me [redacted] IT only collect the payment and that's what will show up on my bank statementI was never happy with any thing and even though I went along with everything, I expressed the entire time, days later and especially on July 10th that I was not happy and at that point when the $$ came out of my account, I asked for a refund(which I was within the 15day money back guarantee policy)The other Lie is, since 7/and speaking with Patrick, who was supposed to call me back in 24hrs about my refund request, NO ONE has called me for ANY Reason and I haven't called them, because they have a weird stipulation in their 15day money back guarantee that if you call them or more times, you will not receive a refund, something to that effectEither way, they owe me a phone call, better yet a refund, I do not wish to speak with them and trust me no one has called me since 7/10, I check my phone every day-last info from my caller I.D is 7/10@10:43a.m from 559-201-0998.There are just too many LIES in their responseThank you for all of your help in this matter, and I understand the back and forth, but this is just too much lies coming from these people
