V.AAutomatic Transmission Repair

V.A Automatic transmission Repair in response to customer complaint I.D [redacted] [redacted] brought his vehicle on Monday April 10,2017, [redacted] said he need to pass the New York State Inspection but couldn't do so due to check engine light on the odomete The vehicle was then check by a technician using a vehicle diagnostic machine, which gave trouble code ***We told him it would cost $to fix the codeHe left and came back and asked if we could do it for less I said I can do it for $he said alright but that he needed it done that same daySo I lift the car up and remove the plastic cover where the valve body is located in front of the radiatorSo I don't have to bring the transmission for that so I called Relco parts inc and got a new valve body assembly for $We replaced the valve body assembly, we also added new transmission fluidAfter all work was done we called in a technician to come program the new valve body , which cost $dollars, after the vehicle was programmed, vehicle was road tested and drove perfectly fine vehicle and was given to customer Tuesday April **,We try to reason with the customer if [redacted] is having any problems with the vehicle we are more than happy to try and resolve any issues
