as far as returning calls , I got one call 2 weeks ago saying go ahead and power wash my house as well. no response needed. and a another...
one asking where we were this week. and I have the phone records to prove it. also the weather has not been right for cleaning and sealing decks. I told the customer that I would be able to take care of deck (weather permitting)
we have not cleaned any decks this year due to the weather. my contract even states weather permitting, when it rains we get backed up . if your deck was the only project we were doing we would of had it done.
im not sure why you would go to the Revdex.com to ask for your 60.00 back . I think a phone call to me or leave a message to get your money back would be a 100 times easer.
