Dear Ms [redacted] ,We want to thank you for taking the time to express your comment about your experience at Vaca Restaurant on September 10th, We apologize that our service did not meet your expectationsHowever, we would like to bring to your attention that our restaurant charges for water not with the intention to make profit, but to be environmentally friendlyThe charge is also disclosed on our menu for our Customers to be aware ofWe serve filtered Water in Our establishment, not bottled water, We invested in an expensive machine that filters the water therefore it requires regular maintenance and new filters quarterlyThe $per person charge is only to offset the expenses for the water filter system for those who chose to have still or sparkling waterObviously we failed to let you know that you had the choice of having tap water, therefore we are happy to refund the $that you were chargedWe would have loved the opportunity to solve this concern directly with us if given the chance.We highly appreciate your feedbackPlease accept our sincere salutations and let me know if I can be of any further assistance
