Tammie has emailed us several times, in which we have responded to her email on every occasion giving her the account information to her account, and explaining to her that she did not purchase a lifetime certificate licenseOur company has never offered a lifetime certificate license, only a one year license as clearly stated on our websiteShe originally purchased her certificate license in and now in thinks that it is still valid, but that is not the case, because it expired in and she never renewed itThe certificate license she purchased in is no longer available for purchase now in She can login to her account with the login information that we have repeatedly emailed to herShe needs to check her spam/junk mail folder if she claims she has not received our emailed responsesFurthermore, she can purchase another certificate license from the ones we now offer if she so wishes to continue using our service Tell us why here

If they would have mailed my certificate when they said they did then why am I contacting the Revdex.com! Because they never sent it to my address at no point! I won that and had to pay for that now I still can't go on vacation cause they don't want to honor my request to have it mailed to me! Its not right! If I can't get my certificate then I want my money back! They scammed me outta my money that's what happened! I'm very upset

Why would I contact the Revdex.com if they sent me my stuff? That don't make no sense to me! I either want my money back or my certificate! I will never do business with them again!

She originally purchased her certificate license in 2009 and now in 2018 thinks that it is still valid, but that is not the case, because it expired in 2010 and she never renewed it. The certificate license she purchased in 2009 is no longer available for purchase now in 2018. She can login to her account with the login information that we have repeatedly emailed to her. She needs to check her spam/junk mail folder if she claims she has not received our emailed responses. Furthermore, she can purchase another certificate license from the ones we now offer if she so wishes to continue using our service.

doesn't mean anything to us. They said we would be contacted within 48 hours upon payment and providing our information. I have sent several emails from their site with zero response. How could they now respond to this complaint and NEVER respond to me with this information. And what does this mean anyways? They have ruined or vacation plans and this is have extremely stressful to complete our booking. The flights are going up and we expected to book our flight back in Sept/Oct.

The person who had been answering was not employed with the company at the time of purchase and had no clue what was purchased,  if I had not purchased a lifetime package; original was 8 different vacations one certificate, then why two years after purchase did the manager the offer me the three vacations package to replace it?  If it had been only a year then he would have told me that I needed repurchase the package.  I sent her photos of both certificates and I feel that they are not being honest.
I was willing to purchase a new package if they would give me a second one as a good faith gesture.

Although tis company (Vacation Getaways) is correct in the amount paid to them, ($25) the follow up to the agency they referred us to never acknowledged said referral nor responded: Incentive Travel Plus. After waiting the prescribed time we checked their Revdex.com listing and it showed they were defunct. Vacation Getaways stated this was incorrect.
We were forced to go another direction or not go on the tri to the Mediterranean as originally planned. We hereby amend our request for a refund of the $25 for their inability to secure us a suitable travel agency.

As I iterated in the last response. I agree that this company does not owe us the $500.
What they did fail to do however, is achieve getting us a reputable travel agency for the $25 that was sent with the proper paperwork.
we are requesting a reimbursement of said $25.
