We cannot be responsible for your personal information being compromised but you can be sure that we are responsible to store them and keep them secure. Hopefully we can provide some clarification for Mr. [redacted] regarding his concerns. He has contacted us regarding two issues with his account. His main concerns were his inability to receive inquiry notifications to his [redacted] account and that one of his listings was not published...
for advertising. Our support team has reached out to Mr. [redacted] in the last few months regarding these issues; however, due to his inquiry difficulties, he may not have been receiving these replies. Sometimes [redacted] accounts do filter out messages from our email domain and do not show the messages in a user’s Primary [redacted] Inbox. This is a filter and feature that needs to be adjusted from the settings in Mr. [redacted]’s personal [redacted] account. Mr. [redacted] also had concerns with one of his listings not being found online. Due to the location information not being accurately updated by Mr. [redacted], our system was never able to activate the listing. Once he updated the location settings, we were able to activate the property. We also extended his renewal subscription date due to his frustrations. If Mr. [redacted] is still having difficulties receiving inquiries or needs us to walk him through changing any settings, we can be reached on ###-###-####.
