I believe I spoke to Mr. [redacted] after this complaint was filed with a promise of follow up from our office on Wednesday the 4th of May. As of today, Mr. [redacted] has not responded to 3 voicemails I have left and 1 email. Mr....

[redacted] has paid our company $1,495 of his purchase price. This amount was mailed today in a refund check to Mr. [redacted] directly - since he has not returned my phone calls I have not been able to give him the good news. We feel this resolves this complaint and feel it should be closed as satisfied.

Thank you for your inquiry and the opportunity for us to respond to your complaint. We appreciate your candid feedback about your experience with our company and the promotional gifts that were offered to attend a 90 minute presentation on our product.
We have reviewed your complaint in detail and in adherence to our company policy will not be mailing a certified check in the mail in any amount per your request. We will however work with you to come to a monetary mutual resolution. You make it clear that you do not wish to speak with us on the phone, however in order to come to a mutual resolution in regards to this complaint we would appreciate you call us at your earliest convenience.
We have every intent in fulfilling the promotional trip and the representations of that promotional trip to your satisfaction – per your complaint:  1.) Roundtrip airfare for 2 to LAX, staying 3 days and 2 nights, and 1 day of tickets for 2 to Disneyland, Sea world, or Universal Studios. Staying near Disneyland, with shuttle service to and from airport/ hotel. 2) Travel and stay at any time (except holidays). 3) The opportunity to extend nights as well as add 2 additional children under the age of 18 or another resolution as you see fit.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Ms. [redacted] purchased with our company on 5/6/16 and purchased a program for $11,094 (not $17,805.96 as her complaint states). She paid her down payment which was 15% of the purchase price. Ms. [redacted] signed and took home a copy of the...

VI Purchase and Security Agreement which has the rescission information on the top of page 1 above her name and address, and on the last page in bold above her signature. Ms [redacted] had 7 days to rescind her contract in writing to the address provided in her contract. We understand that she contacted our sales office on or around the 17th of May which is clearly out of her rescission period. Nevertheless, we have decided to refund Ms. [redacted]s her down payment (see attached) and cancel out her VI ownership. I have called and left a message for Ms. [redacted]s explaining this resolution, as well as an email with the documentation of the refund which was completed on 5/23/16.
