I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
They stated that they cannot know what happened to the garment since it left their store, but it did NOTAs I stated I was given an emoty hanger but I didn't know thisI will not accept a store credit as I will never do business with them againI find it insulting that this Johnny only responded to this matter when I involved your services and continues to ignore any and all messages I have ever left himThis store is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake and allowing me to be out of pocket for thisThis is unacceptableI brought the matter to their attention the instant I realized their error and they've done nothing but try to brush me off ever sinceThis is bad business and thievery in my opinion.
