Damage, discrepancy, or shortage correspondence must be reported via email within 24 hours of verified receipt. Claims submitted thereafter will not be honored and we may request photographs to help file a damage claim. In the event the product or original packaging has been discarded, we are not able to issue credit.Despite several request made via email,.no picture was forthcoming and hence we were not able to resolve the issue.  [redacted] thank you for contacting us. The production code indicates that the Jr. Mints you purchased were produced in July of 2016. This is old product.  Although our products do have a long shelf life under proper storage, we really don't expect to find old product on the shelf. We ship our products fresh from the factory.  Unfortunately, we cannot control how our product is stored and handled at the retail level.  We would expect that our products are properly stored and the stock rotated, but as your purchase shows, that is not always the case. We have requested product coupons for you.
