Please read, I share with you , how terrible our experience was with VRLA, Vacation Rentals Los Angeles
Do not rent from them under any circumstance
We rented from them in LA in July 2016, it's now Dec2016, we have not received our $deposit backThe have told us many stories, lies and excuses for not refunding our money
We did not cause any damage to their property and they know that
This company is fraudulent, and we are filing a law suit against them
It is impossible to reach them by phone, they did not give legitimate phone numbers, only emails
Please, Again, do not rent from them,
You do not want your family vacation to be haunted by them
I have travelled to various countries outside of the USA, and utilized Flip Key, and many others rental agencies, and all of those experiences have been wonderful,
Unfortunately this is the one horrible rental experience
