This is an unfounded reason for a complaint. [redacted] signed up Vacation Rescue Solutions Inc. to provide a service to him...

and his spouse. Per the scope of our contract this service can take 180 days to be rendered. [redacted] has only been a client for 45 days. Below is section 8 of the signed agreement [redacted] signed. 8.Closing: VRS shall choose the title or closing company, and Owner shall pay the applicable closing costs. Owner acknowledges that each Timeshare Interest has different requirements for the transfer of title these requirements usually determine the length of time for completion. VRS cannot predict a specific date of completion for the transfer of Timeshare Interest(s), but most all transfers happen within 180 days after submitting the proper documents to be recorded. Owner shall be sent a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) in addition to other documents. Owner agrees to complete and return the LPOA and any other documents as requested within ten (10) days of receiving the request. Owner shall pay small notary fees for these documents. If Owner does not complete and return all requested documents within ten (10) days of initial receipt, the Owner shall be considered in breach of this Agreement (hereafter referred to as “Owner Default”).Per the scope of our contract [redacted] has 3 days to request a refund or rescind this agreement which is governed by the state of New York. He did not use that time to request a refund and services have already begun on this file. Please note: after signing our transfer agreement his file was sent to closing company. [redacted] closing documents were signed and sent back to the closing company with the same 180 policy.If our client had remorse for the contract that they entered we offer them under governed law 3 day right of rescission period, we provide the directions in writing how to exercise their right to cancel. Not only there signed agreement. Our website on all pages has the cancellation grace period. Below is section 12 of the agreement [redacted] signed.12. Right to Cancel: You may cancel this transaction at any time prior to the third day after the date of the transaction. This must be received by fax at ###-###-####. By signing below, Owner acknowledges Owner has read, understands, and agrees with the terms on each page of this Agreement and all associated attachments/addendums. We have contacted [redacted] with his concerns. We have left several voicemail's to try to come to a solution. The last time he spoke with me was on 10/**/2015 I explained the process to him in full in which he never mentioned canceling to me one time. Since 10/**/2015I have left several detailed messages to contact me directly on this matter to date I have not received a single call back. Just emails saying false accusations about our company and demanding to cancel and to refund him immediately. Please see below Owners Obligations: These were reviewed with [redacted]. It states in number 1. Owner shall stay current on all maintenance fee’s due until the transfer has been completed.Owner’s Obligations:1. Annual Fees & Taxes: Owner shall pay and/or have current all annual maintenance fees, taxes, dues, and any other fees associated with the Timeshare Interest(s), as of the date of this Agreement; all maintenance fees must remain current until the transfer has been completed.2. Special Assessments: Owner shall pay and/or have current all special assessments, taxes, and fees due and must remain current until the transfer has been accepted by the resort, as listed on the Transfer Receipt.3. Automatic Withdrawals: Owner shall stay current on all automatic withdrawals for any payments of any kind related to the Timeshare Interest, as VRS shall not reimburse Owner for any automatic withdrawals made after the date of this transfer.4. Owner Liability: Owner shall notify VRS of any and all fees, taxes, dues, or special assessments that become due after the date of this transfer within five (5) days of Owner receiving notice of those financial obligations.Vacation Rescue Solutions Inc. is prepared to refund the client our company fee of $250.00 a company check will be sent to [redacted] within 15 days after this case is closed. The rest of the money was paid for the closing cost to close on the timeshare.Or we can continue to complete the transfer for [redacted] and consider the compliant resolved. Vacation Rescue Solutions Inc.

[Your Answer Here]This is classic bait and switch.  They tell you anything to get the sale and do something different.  The fact is the sales rep ([redacted]) told me I would have any additional expenses after I turned over the deed.  I factored that in the total cost of the transaction.  I asked multiple times what the status of the transfer was and I got they were working on it.  The company is unable to provide any status as to when they did things.  The resort that I am trying to transfer out of has not heard from them.  They took my money and are not doing what they promised me they were going to do.  I spoke to the sales manager, [redacted], and his answers were vague or non-responsive.  If this was an honest company they would have cancelled my contract when they told me they were not working on the transfer.  Instead, they use the contract to say they have 6 months to complete the transfer.  They have even gone so far as blame the hold-up on Westgate Resorts which has not even heard from them.  This is definitely one of the top 5 worse companies I have ever dealt with.  Please ask them to provide proof they are working on the transfer with dates and document numbers that can be verified.  They can not do this because they are not working on the transfer.  In the meantime, I am out $1,498 and I have another maintenance fee due at the end of the month.Begging for any assistance you can provide in getting the company to refund my money.  I hate to have to hire an attorney but it looks like the direction we are headed.Sincerely,[redacted]###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  It is so suspicious when a company claims to be in business for 10 years when in reality it just started in September, 2015.  I would not have done business with them if I had known the truth.  Their business should reflect a new business Revdex.com rating and the reason for no complaints.  Also, I went to your site and it is not showing my complaint yet.  Others need to know this is not a ethical company and may not have completed any transfers.  Also, when selling they claimed they had completed thousands of transfers which I don't think is true and part of the reason I reported them to the Attorney General.  I would definitely red flag this company on suspicious behavior.

To whom it may concern,We have issued a full refund to the client [redacted]. We strive to help every customer out of there vacation ownership. Unfortunately with [redacted] after several attempts we did not speak to one an other to come to a understanding or agreement prior to this compliant being submitted. We only received emails expressing anger for wanting the transfer done before the new year or to cancel his contract. We asked him to call customer service/management directly to discuss this matter with no phone contact back. We will send back his paper work to the client within 15 days from the closed date of this complaint. We hope this satisfactory to [redacted] and find this compliant closed.
