Name: [redacted] Case #: [redacted] To whom it may concern,We have received notification of a Revdex.com compliant back on December [redacted] 2015, For “Services not rendered”This is an unfounded reason for a complaint [redacted] signed up Vacation Rescue Solutions Incto provide a service to him and his spousePer the scope of our contract this service can take days to be rendered [redacted] has only been a client for daysBelow is section of the signed agreement [redacted] signed8.Closing: VRS shall choose the title or closing company, and Owner shall pay the applicable closing costsOwner acknowledges that each Timeshare Interest has different requirements for the transfer of title these requirements usually determine the length of time for completionVRS cannot predict a specific date of completion for the transfer of Timeshare Interest(s), but most all transfers happen within days after submitting the proper documents to be recordedOwner shall be sent a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) in addition to other documentsOwner agrees to complete and return the LPOA and any other documents as requested within ten (10) days of receiving the requestOwner shall pay small notary fees for these documentsIf Owner does not complete and return all requested documents within ten (10) days of initial receipt, the Owner shall be considered in breach of this Agreement (hereafter referred to as “Owner Default”).Per the scope of our contract [redacted] has days to request a refund or rescind this agreement which is governed by the state of New YorkHe did not use that time to request a refund and services have already begun on this filePlease note: after signing our transfer agreement his file was sent to closing company [redacted] closing documents were signed and sent back to the closing company with the same policy.If our client had remorse for the contract that they entered we offer them under governed law day right of rescission period, we provide the directions in writing how to exercise their right to cancelNot only there signed agreementOur website on all pages has the cancellation grace periodBelow is section of the agreement [redacted] signedRight to Cancel: You may cancel this transaction at any time prior to the third day after the date of the transactionThis must be received by fax at ###-###-####By signing below, Owner acknowledges Owner has read, understands, and agrees with the terms on each page of this Agreement and all associated attachments/addendumsWe have contacted [redacted] with his concernsWe have left several voicemail's to try to come to a solutionThe last time he spoke with me was on I explained the process to him in full in which he never mentioned canceling to me one timeSince 102015I have left several detailed messages to contact me directly on this matter to date I have not received a single call backJust emails saying accusations about our company and demanding to cancel and to refund him immediatelyPlease see below Owners Obligations: These were reviewed with [redacted] It states in number Owner shall stay current on all maintenance fee’s due until the transfer has been completed.Owner’s Obligations:Annual Fees & Taxes: Owner shall pay and/or have current all annual maintenance fees, taxes, dues, and any other fees associated with the Timeshare Interest(s), as of the date of this Agreement; all maintenance fees must remain current until the transfer has been completedSpecial Assessments: Owner shall pay and/or have current all special assessments, taxes, and fees due and must remain current until the transfer has been accepted by the resort, as listed on the Transfer ReceiptAutomatic Withdrawals: Owner shall stay current on all automatic withdrawals for any payments of any kind related to the Timeshare Interest, as VRS shall not reimburse Owner for any automatic withdrawals made after the date of this transferOwner Liability: Owner shall notify VRS of any and all fees, taxes, dues, or special assessments that become due after the date of this transfer within five (5) days of Owner receiving notice of those financial obligations.Vacation Rescue Solutions Incis prepared to refund the client our company fee of $a company check will be sent to [redacted] within days after this case is closedThe rest of the money was paid for the closing cost to close on the timeshare.Or we can continue to complete the transfer for [redacted] and consider the compliant resolvedVacation Rescue Solutions Inc

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]This is classic bait and switch They tell you anything to get the sale and do something different The fact is the sales rep ( [redacted] ) told me I would have any additional expenses after I turned over the deed I factored that in the total cost of the transaction I asked multiple times what the status of the transfer was and I got they were working on it The company is unable to provide any status as to when they did things The resort that I am trying to transfer out of has not heard from them They took my money and are not doing what they promised me they were going to do I spoke to the sales manager, [redacted] , and his answers were vague or non-responsive If this was an honest company they would have cancelled my contract when they told me they were not working on the transfer Instead, they use the contract to say they have months to complete the transfer They have even gone so far as blame the hoon Westgate Resorts which has not even heard from them This is definitely one of the top worse companies I have ever dealt with Please ask them to provide proof they are working on the transfer with dates and document numbers that can be verified They can not do this because they are not working on the transfer In the meantime, I am out $1,and I have another maintenance fee due at the end of the monthBegging for any assistance you can provide in getting the company to refund my money I hate to have to hire an attorney but it looks like the direction we are headedSincerely, [redacted] ###-###-#### In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,We have issued a full refund to the client [redacted] We strive to help every customer out of there vacation ownershipUnfortunately with [redacted] after several attempts we did not speak to one an other to come to a understanding or agreement prior to this compliant being submittedWe only received emails expressing anger for wanting the transfer done before the new year or to cancel his contractWe asked him to call customer service/management directly to discuss this matter with no phone contact backWe will send back his paper work to the client within days from the closed date of this complaintWe hope this satisfactory to [redacted] and find this compliant closed
