If VSI is a valid business for selling timeshares they should charge after they make the sale, not before as VSI does Our timeshare has the lowest price and is not selling We still request our money back

Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting our offices regarding this complaint. VSI has reviewed the complaint and the owner's account and there is nor was a guarantee of sale for his membership. VSI has agreed to market the said membership for sale and is still marketing this membership per our agreement. The agreement VSI has in place with Mr. [redacted] states the client is still responsible for any financial obligations to resort while marketing the membership for sale. Please feel free to review the attached marketing agreement with our policies. I would highly recommend Mr. [redacted] contact the customer service office to make some changes to his account since none have been made since 2014. We will be more than happy to give him an up to day market analysis and recommend any changes to increase interest in his account. I have reviewed her account and there seems to be some confusion as to the services VSI are providing Ms. [redacted]. The marketing agreement clearly states that we will be advertising her vacation membership until sold....

Today's market is currently below average, therefore the process requires  a good amount of patience. VSI does not warrant or guarantee a sale of any vacation membership we advertise. VSI will be cancelling Ms. [redacted]'s agreement and terminating all communications with the current interested parties. VSI will also be refunding the said amount and the client should be receiving a refund check within 14 business days.
