To whom this may concern, Mr [redacted] contracted Vacation Tree, Incon or about January for the advertisement of his timeshare, for sale by ownerThe signed contract was entered into for a two year advertisement which expired as of January During the time of the contract Vacation Tree advertised the timeshare and provided the services as contracted forWe find there to be no actual complaint being that there is no contract in dispute, all agreements with Vacation Tree have been completedWith that said, we find no refund due as all services were rendered and there is no active contract being questioned

This Company is a FRAUD!! since they are using "Misrepresentative" statements and information to lure consumers into purchasing their so called services, and as far as I am aware, that is against the LAW!
