I wish there was a NO star option.
Ordered tickets to the Nashville Redneck Christmas Bus tour. Upon receiving the confirmation email I noticed I would have to go to a separate location to pick up tickets. This was not feasible since I was on a tight time-line and using Lyft. I immediately called them 3X - No answer. I emailed them - NO response. This was all done within 45 min. of booking.
Side note - Nowhere on their website for this venue does it say you have to go to a different location for tickets. I would not have purchased them had I known.
I re-ordered directly from the venue and in their recording they warn you about this type of scam.

I just made a reservation, and I'd have to call the experience unprofessional I am making a reservation for the "General Jackson dinner cruise" in Nashville about two weeks in advance As the reservation is contingent upon business travel plans, I naturally asked about the cancellation policy I would have expected a or hour policy to be somewhat in line with similar establishments Purchases are charged at the time the reservation is made, not when fulfilled, and are non-refundable Not being from that area, I don't know if there are other means to buy tickets for this attraction, but if there are, I would recommend using those alternatives I tried to enter a review on the business' own web page, but the page did not work, failing to show the verification code at the bottom of the page

My agent was SamanthaShe was really sweet and helpful to meShe is quick and very efficient dealing with what I neededWe had a very good time at the dinner show she booked for my family

They are using their website to lure people into their business by making them think they are buying tickets for shows onlineYou are buying a voucher to take to each show to get a actual ticketThe voucher could be emailed to you but they won't allow that so you have to drive to their store to pick up the voucher so they can try to upsale you into buying more from them or viewing a time shareBig hassle and still didn't get the tickets I bought

I ordered tickets to the Grand Ole OpryI attempted to click on a section and paid for the showWe got on the road to drive hours and within minutes someone from Vacationsmadeeasy called to say that the show was sold out and asked if I would move to the 9:30P showtimeI stated that I would if I had the same section number and the salesperson confirmed and stated that I could check my seat on an emailI did not receive an email by the following day (showtime) and called to verify seats which were sections further backI did not want those and called the 1-number to ask for a switch in the seats, of which, they could not do because the show was sold outSo, I asked for a refund, of which, I could not get because the sale is non-refundableI drove to the Grand Ole Opry to settle the problem and the manager would not discuss my concerns because they "do not deal with vacationsmade easy sales because of the problems"The salesperson stated that VME doesn't even have access to the seats up frontAfter phone calls and minutes on the phone with a "supervisor", she offers $(April)So, at this point, I don't believe her at all!!! If they are non-refundable the first phone calls, how can they be refundable now? I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACKFINALLY, AFTER BEING PATIENT AND NEVER CURSING OR RAISING MY VOICE, she refunded ALL of the moneyI still have YET to receive an email from them!!! Go directly to Grand Ole Opry to buy your tickets

Watch the bate and switch, reserved room and was going to be put into lesser value room upon arrivalFound out by confirming a late check-inUpon notification to Vacations Made Easy they stated all the upgraded rooms were sold out and they could either change hotels or put me in the lesser value roomDo to being dissatisfied with the first hotel, I changed hotels, but they charged me a service feeThis was their mistake and I should not have been charged any fee at allContacted them and they would not rethink their feeIn summary two issues; the bate and switch room and two the service fee they charged

I booked a dinner at the [redacted] & [redacted] and was not able to travel I tried a month in advance to cancel my visit and got a total run aroundnothing in ANY info given to me at the time of booking was indicated that it would be non-refundable or changeable?? And now am waiting on a supervisor to return my call...????

I purchased available seat for a dinner on a boat and recieved a phone call a day before my dinner to inform my that there's no more seats for me and someone before me got themNow I'm waiting days for my money to he returned though they took it the second I submit my card numberMy anniversary was pretty well ruined!

Per Dollywood all tickets are refundable

EXCELLENT IMMEDIATE SERVICE are the words to describe *** handling of my request to send an online reservation for theFoody Tour in ***I had made it from a motel en route and had no way of printingShe faxed the reservation to the tour and they were expecting us when we arrived the next morning

The seats provided by Vacations Made Easy were absolutely the worst seats in the house! Fortunately we were permitted to move to much better seats since the show was not completely sold out
Next time I will purchase tickets directly from the venue, definitely not through Vacations Made Easy

Do not EVER use this companyIf you have the cancel the reservation- even weeks prior as I did- you will only receive 75% refunded to your credit cardThey say this is on their website- but I couldn't find it They will offer you a 100% if you get the money put on a gift card you can use laterI thought I was on the hotel's website when I originally booked the room, I wish I had been- the hotel offers free cancellations!

I am appalled at the lack of resolution for a complaint I Had this morningI ordered tickets for the Showboat Branson Belle intending to use a couponSince I never saw a total for the transaction I gave them a callThe total was $instead of $expectedI was kept on hold while my credit card went throughTheir cancilation policy is less than acceptableThis website should not be associated with the fine Branson attractions

BEAR OF THIS COMPANY....we booked a 6pm show for for pirates voyage in Myrtle beach, and a day later were notified that the show was sold out, but they offered us seating for the 4pm show, which we took...order was confirmed and credit card was chargedthe day of the show, we arrive at pirates voyage theater and after minutes of trying to find our reservation, we are told no reservation exist..the 'vacations made easy' never booked our show, yet charged our credit card......this company tried to say they tried to contact us earlier that morning, which is because I have no received calls or voicemail or emails from them since booking days priorRuined a whole day of family vacation for us, and never offered an apology or any compensationTook another calls of being putnon hold to confirm that our charges would be reversed on our card...totally unprofessional ethics, policies for a company, and a showing of complete disregard for customers

Vacation made easy was very helpful for me,I did everything in a timely fashion and follow up with them and my vacation was a success,I had absolutely no problems and this was my first time using them and their customer service was available for me and was courteous and the rep Sarah did everything she could to make sure I had a great trip and me and husband enjoyed ourselves

We purchased tickets for two shows in Branson, Missouri. One of our tickets was for show and dinner. We picked up our tickets and went to the first show with dinner. We were told our tickets didn't include dinner. We paid $16.99 more per ticket for the dinner. We ended up only seeing the show. Went back the next day to VME and was told we didn't purchase dinner with the show; but our two tickets were priced $35.00 more than if we had gotten them at the box office for just the show. This is a rip-off and one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. These people should be put out of business. They are anything but vacations made easy.

I will never use this site again. Made a reservation to mideval times and had the ticket will called. I got there and no reservation. Called and they said sorry we over booked.

This place told me if I needed to change dates that it would not be a problem and when I tried to actually change the date they changed their mind and decided that they would not do it...they just kept my money and didn't care!
