My complaint is VERY similar to all....the othersearly April I find "a deal" on internet nights in Hilton Head, at the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, for $, amazing deal, almost too good to be true = that's correct, it is not true (any of it) I'm told I'll get an email with DETAILS still have not one email to DATE (May 19, 2018), I get a call three days after booking (***and them charging my card immediately), the lady says "you'll be staying at the Park Lane" & "you'll need to listen to a minute presentation on day two & I need to know your wife's income" '??? WHAT '?? I signed up for the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS - not some place a mile or two down the road , that I'm unaware of, have never stayed at before and is NOT were I want to be (within walk to everything)Again you get the statement we will be emailing you details - so I wait for the details, that never comeIt gets better, a family member has an injury and my wife is forced to take weeks of (unexpected) PTO - she now,

This company has horrible customer serviceI made my reservation a month before I was schedule to arriveSix days before my trip a representative left a message stating that the days I book was not availableI ask why did they wait six day before my trip to contact me? The representative said that the days I were not available, and they did not have any rooms, but she could get me a room for two daysI asked to speak with a supervisor, she said that she will have one contact me....They never calledI called back the next day and asked to speak with a supervisor, this time I spoke with a manager and explained the situation again....The manager stated that they refunded my money and she did bot know why I was still callingI explain that I was disappointing, and that my family vacation was a surprised for my mother birthday before I'm schedule to deploy the following weekThe manager stated that it was nothing they could doBefore you book with this company please make sure that you confirm your date with them, otherwise your vacation will be ruined

We tried several times saturday and sunday to book reservation online and received a pagesaying it was a duplicate entry indicating to us that we had indeed put this information in in November.(we have screen shots)

Company lied about cost and ease of use
Told buying night day package to Hilton Head Island could be used any time for $Charged me $ When tried make reservation for January site "dates not available." Then tried make reservation for over dates April to December same message Phone call with representative unproductive, won't give me to supervisor and upset that we already own timeshare with another company Couldn't answer question about why no dates in April, May, June, July weren't available per their websiteWould not refund money

I had a very bad experience with this companyThey told me one thing one day and another thing the next time I calledMelissa, Ginger, Tamika, and Jennifer were all very rudeSo was one other lady who hung up on me initiallyEvery name I mentioned above hung up on meThey were upset because I asked to speak to the GM who is Jennifer R*** and I refused to hang up until my issue was resolvedWell they decided that what they told me was law and that I could not speak to JenniferI took matters into my own hands and called back to back until guess what, Jennifer R was finally available although the girl who I was literally on another phone with had just told me that Jennifer R was not in the officeThe lies continuedJennifer R who is supposedly the GM, mind you immediately got on the phone and went off on me, telling me that she was later for a doctor's appointment because I decided to call and harass her agents so she couldn't leave and call me back when she returned, only for her to get on the phone and tell me the same thing that they'd already told meNever once did she apologize or ask to hear what my issue wasI asked to speak with her manager because I did not like her attitude either and she told me there was no one else to speak with but that she'd refund my money so she wouldn't have to deal with me anymore and she doesn't know why shed didn't think of that before nowI asked for a confirmation so that I did not have to call back and she told me she didn't have a confirmation number so I asked her to send me an emailShe said that I would receive one automaticallyWe shall seeThanks Jennifer R for your assistance but all of you need to go through further customer service trainingI really hope that these contact forms are seen by your manager because I know you have oneGood luck at the doctor today :)

WOW!!! I am glad that I did not completed this, I don't understand how they get rated A+While she explain all of this to me I was researching about them online and decided not to complete the transaction and she just hung up on me, what kind on business is that! It only tells me one thing SCAM ALERT! I'm sure they'll change the name and keep doing this

I just got off the phone with Customer Service and asked for my money back because Hurricane Irma is in the path of Hilton Head, SC where we are suppose to be staying I have no future plans on visiting and just wanted my money back They will not refund but kept saying that they can change the dates I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager but then later told me that the manager was out of the office SO obviously he was not the manager I called him out on his lie and asked to speak with someone else and he hung up on me I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE Terrible customer service
